If your in need of dental care or are suffering from dental pain TOUGH. absolutely no help whatsoever, wouldn't even give basic advice. Going private isn't that expensive these days so save your time and effort and avoid these shysters at all cost.

I have been treated here for quite a few years. In the last month I have had three emergency appointments dealing with a problem and on each occasion they have fitted me in on the same day. They have been extremely helpful.

I have been going to this dental practice for several years and because I have cancelled a few time due to ill health and being terrified in going but have given notice the last time I meant to have gone u have suffered dizzy spells due to covid. And I got a letter saying they will no longer able to offer appointments I appealed it and still saying I can't go back I think it's awful why can't people be understanding in these time

Dr Nsamba is the best dentist I have had. He listens to you and forms a treatment plan according to your needs. He is very patient giving a high level of quality treatment. I would definitely recommend this Dr

I’ve been with this dentist for quite awhile now but recently I believe the staff have been amazing! I’ve recently had trouble with a tooth that became infected, I called up to make an appointment to be seen as soon as possible and the receptionist informed me that she would put me on waiting list if someone else’s appointment was cancelled. The receptionist was very kind and understanding on the phone with me and when an appointment was available she called me to let me know if I wanted the appointment (sorry I didn’t catch her name). The dentist Nsamba kept me involved in my care by looking at the X-rays together and informing me on what will happen when I have the procedure done, in-which I had very little pain when I had the procedure done. This practice is patient centred which makes a big difference!

I can only speak for my dentist Tony Evans but he's simply the best. I drive an hour for each appointment from where he used to practice. I still have teath that my previous dentist wanted to remove over 20 years ago. The reception staff are friendly and efficient and the whole set up is very covid safe.

Absolutely horrid called up to book an appointment cuz i haven't been to dentist in a really long time. Ok so I called up and got SHOUTED AT saying " you should have booked in sooner sorry can't help you bye " me and my mother was SHOCKED. We thought they might need patients but the receptionist was Absolutely awful.
1. Fire her
2. Get better staff
3. Improve building
I don't know what I can say bout dentist themselves due to that RECEPTIONIST 😕

Receptionist needs customer care training. I understand I missed an appointment due to having covid vaccination and being so ill, so I totally forgot to ring. But after waiting 4 weeks to get an appointment for a filling falling out and causing pain. I think the receptionists Manor is absolutely out of order being very rude and basically saying I have a problem booking as I actually work and need an appointment around it. This call was recorded and by the sound of reviews I'm not the only person she has spoke to rudely. Think you need a review of your front of house staff and customer service.
