Saffron Lane Dental Practice

On a Tuesday afternoon whilst running home from work I lost a front crown and was left with a large gap. I looked for the tooth but couldn’t find it. I was devastated. I managed to get an appointment with Dr Milin Damani that same afternoon. I was amazed and so thankful for the empathy and for what he did for me. Both him and his assistant Farah reassured me and said I would walk out happy. He worked on fixing the gap by creating a new tooth. I can’t believe that at 1.10pm I lots my tooth and by 4.10 I had a new one. I am so appreciative of what they did for me I can smile again even though I wear a mask most of the time.

Came in to see one of the dentists, was greeted by the very friendly reception staff. Was seen too properly and had everything explained to me what was being done to put my mind at ease. Would highly recommend

This practice should be investigated for incompetence and dangerous practice. I have noticed they log for works that they haven’t completed several times.

Myself and my mother had to register with private dental practice in Oadby because we needed actual work done. These two female dentist would see that you need several fillings but they ignore it and they tell you to come back for check up in 6months. I can’t be the only one that has experienced this. Nhs should investigate the work carried out vs work logged in.

Overall I would give this practice and they dentist 0.

Angel and the ladies are brilliant! Very efficient. The new dentist dr Patel is lovely he listens and actually cares. Thank you !

Mrs Vora is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. She puts you at your ease and explains every part of the treatment. I come out of there feeling brilliant. Would definitely recommend.

Well !! I am petrified of dentists always have been , recently I knew I needed to see someone as I had a broken molar , anyway the staff on reception were wonderful , in particular one called Angel she went far above and beyond her duties I’m sure !! I saw mr Patel and he was brilliant , I was shaking so badly at one point he asked if I was cold !! The nurse was holding onto me tight which helped me so much !! The extraction was complicated and another dentist was called in ( I think I had made mine so nervous about hurting me !!) and the tooth was removed after 1 hr and 20 mins , I was looked after from start to finish , it was explained to me what was happening , it was an absolute ordeal for me but everyone in that room was wonderful ! Going back to reception they were amazing when I came out I can’t remeber a lot but I know Angel saw I needed to sit down and took me to sit down and gave me her own unopened bottle of water !! There’s a feeling of friendship in reception , it’s really important for me that , if I sense tension behind the desk I panic and quite often won’t go back , but these receptionists are real lovely ,kind ,friendly professionals .
Before the work I had done today , my girl had to have 4 baby teeth out that weren’t coming out on there own and again reception were amazing , there’s a young man that works around and about and his manner is lovely , he saw my child was scared and was amazing with her absolutely amazing .
There are so many reasons I could recommend this dentist , the cleanliness is top notch ! But I really think it’s all the staff that make this a far more endurable experience than it could be x

Mrs Vora is a wonderful dentist. She has taken the time to get to know me and my family who see her. She is so good with children and adults and knows how to make them feel calm when nervous. She offers a warm and friendly environment to make the process as smooth as possible. Would highly recommend.

Nice friendly staff. Recently had an emergency and they were great over the phone. Ms Kaur fitted me in at short notice on her break. Grateful to all staff who were understanding when I was in a lot of pain.
