Together Dental Shoeburyness

I have been registered here for 8 years. Seen a couple of dentists always in the right-hand side upstairs. I currently see a lovely eastern European gentleman, never had any cause for complaint regarding the dentist's. I have had fillings done. Always cordial and I have no no hesitation in recommending them.

phoned 9.20am by 11oclock still in queue. 45 minutes on number 2 queue.

phone 4.30 web says opened till 6 oclock phoned cut me off.

cant email them dont have a MICROSOFT account. Been with dentist around 18 years never had problem. Now no contact from them and cant get through to them. Guess they dont wont some of their old patients. Why dont their just inform us.

Have to say very disappointed. My previous dentist at this practice had retired and was great. I have been going here for 30+ years. Since my last visit before the pandemic this practice now appears to sit under the together dentist group who appear to be cost cutting money hungry and unreliable. I have just had my third appointment in a row cancelled at less than 24hrs notice. The last one I turned up after taking time off work to attend to be told when I got there that my appointment had been cancelled. No notification prior, rebooked as I was there and that has now been cancelled less than 24hrs before the appointment and had a previous appointment cancelled as well.

Also not a fan of going to dentist but prior to any injections the dentist would numb the area with a gel which made it a bit more bearable. That doesn't happen any more and also done away with the mouth wash/gargle to get rid of the debris and blood. Seems to be an incentive to upsell white fillings at an extra cost. I'll be looking for a new dentist once this treatment is done.

This place has not been the same since old dentist left. The receptionist sits talking on her private phone while you are waiting to book in and just looks at you and carries on very abrupt and rude. The dentist has no compassion for nervous patients and comes across as rude. It’s taken me years to find a good dentist now he has retired I’m not staying at this place. Would not recommend to anyone.

After not being able to visit the dentist during all of Covid.
I booked a appointment, and got a half hour slot, as i wasn't sure if i had to have a filing, i was literally in there maximum 5 minutes, no check was done on my whole mouth, just prodded with the stick, and told to book for a hygienist ( got to pay extra £49, up front), and if the pain continues, she would do root canal treatment. The dentist i usually have i was told had retired, so i had a new one. Before he was thorough, and cleaned your teeth, checked your mouth, and delivered a brilliant service , why has this all changed. i had to pay £23 for this 5 minutes and they wanted me to pay up front another £49 for a booking with hygienist

Everyone we had dealings with [wife and myself] were most helpful and all procedures were fully explained before treatment began.
Very happy with the treatment, well as happy you can be at a dentist.

Due to the pandemic, I had not attended the dentist for some 18 months and during that time, our dentist had retired. I felt very reassured by the new dentist and she talked me through the treatment I required. The service provided by receptionist, dental nurse and dentist was as excellent as ever.

I was seen by Leanne I think her name was, she was a soo brilliant! I was so nervous! I had my tooth out, didn’t feel a thing, couldn’t fault her! Probably the best dentist I’ve seen, hopefully see her again, Thankyou so much!
