Always such a warm and friendly welcome each time I go in. I’ve had a course of treatment spanning 4 or 5 months with Stefan who is quite brilliant. He’s meticulous, explains everything he’s doing in a clear, understandable and respectful manner. His treatments are very good. Highly recommend.

Everyone who works at Serenity is so friendly - even though I usually only see them twice per year they know who you are when you walk in. My dentist (Fiona) and both hygienists I've visited always take the time to explain what they are doing as they do it. I highly recommend this practice.

Had my first appointment at Serenity yesterday after losing an old filling and experiencing pain.
Can't recommend the practice enough, even after one visit.
Everybody is incredibly friendly and nothing too much trouble. Inside is spotless and calming.
Brett, the dentist, explained everything he was doing and laid out a clear plan of action to fix my tooth and some other dental issues. Quotes were given for various procedures with absolutely no pressure or hard selling.
The customer care from the reception and practice team is second to none.

Rather desperate to find a dentist, having tried various dentists, went on Voice 4 Portchester and Serenity kept coming up. Oh well thought I'd give it a go. What a find, had bad childhood experiences and Stephan is patient and very understanding about my fears. The attending nurse and Stephan both gave me information about cleaning and flossing, as did the hygienist. The hygienists are gentle but extremely thorough. My teeth come out squeaky clean. I can recommend this company, all staff are professional but welcoming and fears are allayed.

Had an issue with a pointy tooth yesterday and they took care of it the same day, a lovely chat with both receptionists and a massive thank you to Fiona and the other dentist in the room (who was beautiful btw) definitely going to be coming back!

Brett and his incredible team have been supporting me for a number of years now and I cannot recommend them highly enough. As soon as you walk through the door they are all warm, friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much.

No change! But I wanted to thank the whole team at Serenity yet again for offering such a great dental service, particularly for veteran like me who was introduced via the SmileStar charity.

I was extremely impressed with the services provided by the Serenity Dental team during my visit last week.

There was however (on my end) some misunderstanding of the services provided by the clinic, which was quickly resolved by the team.

Brett and his colleague were both very friendly, polite, and professional. Which as a customer, it is always important to feel welcomed and made to feel special. Brett just seems to make you feel like that naturally, it did not appear to be forced in any whatsoever.

What gave the the team the five stars in my review, is that even so, I booked for a service which was not available at the clinic. I was fully re-imbursed, and not charged for this appointment/consultation.

To me, that is excellent customer service.

Anyway, being referred correctly, and booking my consultation with the correct clinic.

I will be using Serenity Dental again in the future, when I need services for my braces and fittings.

Can’t speak highly enough of Seranity’s. Everyone is very professional and polite. The treatment I had done was done to perfection and as asked. Would definitely recommend.
