North Chailey Dental Care - Dentistry for You (NHS & Private)

As a pensioner with too many damaged teeth, the dentist and her assistant explained the procedures and answered my questions. The treatment was entirely pain free after the local anaesthetic. As someone who suffered from dentistry in the 1950's & 60's, visiting now is a real pleasure (well, almost). I would highly recommend this practice. And many thanks to the team that treated me.

Friendly dentists, who put you at ease straightaway. My children had not been able to see a dentist, since covid so they were a little nervous, but they really didn't need to be.
Would highly recommend, always putting the patient first and working to save teeth. Amazing dentists.

I've had some long waits here but it's an NHS dentist with friendly staff and great service when seen. I had some deep fillings to get sorted and had barely any discomfort during the procedure so very happy! My last app was only 15mins over so things are improving in that respect too! Make sure to book your next appointment as you come out and don't leave it as the time tables are limited!

Even though I had 4 appts cancelled, I was very pleased when I finally got my 5th appt as always good experience with kaz ,would not go elsewhere,

Really happy with the quality of dentistry and the personable dentists, dental nurses and receptionists. Dentistry like much of the NHS is having a really tough time due to a perfect storm of high demand, staff shortage and reducing government funding. We need to look after our national services and staff.

Have been having every one of my family’s appointments cancelled the day before for 2yrs now. A different (poor and frankly unconvincing) excuse each time. Including emergency appointments.
A dysfunctional branch that neglects to serve its local community. You wait months for another appointment only for that to also be cancelled last minute. Staff seem unconcerned with your frustration.

The care at this practice is second to none. Best dentist I have ever been with
