Normally I'm not one to leave reviews but here goes.

Had a filling there in early November 2021. The filling was too deep and caused my nerves to die off which resulted in a tooth infection and caused half my face to swell up (according to emergency dentist I saw elsewhere). When I tried to schedule an emergency appointment, to get it looked at, earliest they could give me was over a week away. It got significantly worse before that appointment came around so I was forced to register elsewhere and book an earlier appointment.

The antibiotics weren't working as well as they should and I had to have the pus all over half my face drained at an emergency dentist and now needing a root canal. AVOID.

Beyond poor service..I was told I had a free consultation with the dentist to discuss Whitening options, got there and told it's now £30 to talk to the dentist for the information ! then pay for any treatment. i explained I had been told it was free to hear the options ,but no £30 or I can't find out what on the market.i left .scammers, avoid .I will be using bicarbonate on my toothbrush til I research the options myself .then they had the cheek to call to ask if I wanted to pay to get the hygienic to clean them for £75 ? NO.

Don't bother with this dentist I've been in pain for weeks. Was given antibiotics to clear the infection, tablets didn't work and I've just been told it's 4_6 weeks for a NHS appointment and to call NHS 111. Counter staff are rude and not helpful at all. Avoid this dentist at all costs

Been for several appointments at this dentist, twice for emergency appointments which were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Kept informed about the problem and treatment. Both time I have walked away feeling impressed with their services.
Both my daughters have attended for their check ups and tooth extractions and their adult teeth were growing behind them. They came home with no complaints and had great experiences whenever they have visited. My husband also has had good experience and has been pleased with the treatment he has received.

The dentist is very professional and skillful. I didn't feel to much pain and completed the whole process quick. Really appreciate the help of the receptionist for booking and all staff are very nice. Again, thank you so much.

Con artists! Dont bother complete rip off! Receptionist are rude with terrible attitudes one in particular! Dentists are just money grabbing con artists! Paid nearly £2000 for Invisalign treatment for none of the aligners to fit each time really poor communication with the dentist all round once the money was paid they just did not care ! money was paid in full treatment has not been completed absolutely disgusting how they handled the outcome , still owed other treatments aswell! Doubt ill get them now having to seek legal help absolutely disgusted even when i did attend the appointments you was rush in and out like cattle aligners was not checked if they fitted correctly before telling me i would not receive any more treatment was meant to only be 4 to 6 months now a year later teeth is just as bad as when i first began please read my review before deciding to part with your money and you get conned also! If i could give 0 stars i would !

Visit one time and will never go again , if you want to loss you money and teeth go there . Even such clinic and doesn’t have WC for customers

This dental practice will really make you feel at ease. The Reception staff are Brilliant and the Dentists there are excellent and really make you feel calm.
I've never been a calm patient always very nervous but I am happy to say everyone there makes you feel safe and really look after you every step of the way. I would recommend to everyone.
