Excellent service yesterday. V friendly receptionists. Lovely Dentist, nicest I ever had, I cant remember her name exactly, Manu or something. She was wonderful and very caring and knowledgeable. Her smiley happy assistant was also fantastic. Much better than last time we came here when we felt pressured into many different services and the dentist was rude when we tried to decline.

Transferred here when my other dentist closed. Recently had to have a dental implant. The whole process was smooth, it went much better than expected & the staff were very professional throughout. Very happy with this practice thus far.

I had a fantastic experience today at St Edward St Dental Practice. I had a good scale and three small fillings. The Dentist Madhu and Nurse Jenny were very friendly and did an excellent job. I was a little apprehensive beforehand but needn’t have been. This practice has received some negative comments recently but this is entirely unjustified as they are doing the absolute best they can in the current climate.

This was my first appointment, for a check-up and to formulate a treatment plan. I saw three staff, the dentist, the nurse and the receptionist. All were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I soon felt not just at ease but entertained. I've never had so many laughs in the dentist's chair!

I was particularly impressed by the dentist telling me straight that some things in my mouth were best left alone, and for referring me to a colleague for another matter in which she is a specialist. They seem to work as a team here and don't take chances.

And the charges were reasonable. Dentistry isn't cheap anywhere, but this practice doesn't appear to be greedy.

Can't fault the place, even though a lot of people do. Broke a tooth last night, tried to ring this morning, but understandably it was very busy and engaged, so walked up, expected to get an appointment after Christmas now, but was seen straight away, drilled filled and out in 10 mins. We know there's a shortage of NHS dentists, but please don't blame the practices. We all know who's fault it is. A1

A brilliant practice, very friendly, waiting times kept to a minimum. The dentist makes time to listen to any concerns and expertly cares for your dental health, guiding you how to care for your teeth at home. Always manage to get an appointment for both check ups and emergency repairs, something not possible in some areas!

Rang this morning for emergency appointment. Couldn't see my own dentist but the 'boss' saw me and couldn't have been more reassuring. I am a very nervous patient but he and the lovely nurse were wonderful- even when I almost passed out (from stress not the treatment). Whilst I will probably always be a 'skittish' patient, they were really super.
