I am very thankful for the treatment! Also, customer service is excellent. Always polite and helpful. I met few dentists during my treatment plan, but everything was on a highest standards.

I am extremely upset after this morning’s appointment I had a root canal treatment booked in, the dentist was running late and when I finally came in she was very dismissive of me and didn’t let me speak she told me she can’t do my treatment because she is unqualified to do difficult root canal treatments and that she has to refer me to a different specialist so I asked her to do a filling as my appointment is 1h long she then started shouting and saying that she doesn't have time and that the receptionists didn’t do their job right and only booked me for a check up I then asked the receptionist and they told me that the appointment was 40min so this wasn’t the case Dr Tina.Panum was very rude and made me feel like she just scraped me of her shoe just because I’m a NHS patient and wasn’t willing to help me at all she told me I need to go private if I want anything done although before her I had a different dentist who said she can do my root canal and there are no problems but unfortunately she had to leave due to personal issues this is why I was moved to be with Dr Tina who I had to wait a month to see! I don’t think that she should be allowed to speak to people the was she dose. Going to the dentist is stressful enough without the dentist being rude and shouting at you she had no intention of even doing my treatment and by the looks of things is bringing the clinic down! The manager Kristina was lovely and calmed me down and said she will change my dentist and let me know as soon as my original dentist is back from her leave.

Extremely impressed by this dental clinic. When I had an emergency they assisted me quickly and in professional manner. My appointment was arranged promptly by lady in reception I think her name was Kristina. The dentist Tina I seen was extremely gentle and understanding. Overall extremely satisfied with the experience and definitely coming back.

I am extremely satisfied and happy with this clinic, as they done wonders with my teeth. Thank you for giving my smile back.

I had few appointments regarding my teeth. the surgeon did well his job. also the receptionist were nice with all the questions which I had to them to answering to me.

Inexperienced Dentists. They always try to to give you a Band 3 treatment even there is no need for it. Today I had to wait over an hour than my appointment time, so is other patients. No one is happy but have no choice as other dentists are not accepting new patient.
