I called Paddox Dental Practice and Sue who works on reception was very helpful and managed to book me in to a check-up and treatment. Iona, one of the dentists and her assistant Eva were really professional and explained all the treatment I needed clearly and also booked me into see the hygenist, who cleaned and polished my teeth this morning before I had a composite filling fitted by Iona. Everyone was really professional and friendly and made me feel very welcome and at ease. Thanks everyone at Paddox Dental I will definitely be coming back for checkups treatment and to see one of the hygienists.

The team at Kreate have always gone above and beyond to fit me in when needed for emergency work or dental treatment.
The team are always helpful, polite and knowledgeable. My child has additional needs and all staff have always been so incredibly patient and calm with her.

Booked for both dentist and hygienist today. Ursula is very understanding of my needs and Victoria explains what is required from me to retain the cleanliness of my teeth. Easy booking and accommodating of dates and times. Receptionists are very efficient.

i have been with this dentist for for 18 years and when mr tonks was there it was really good staff where nice and kinda but now the staff are rude and horrible and so are the dentists. i went to book my appointment and register my little boy, i was told over the phone that he would automatically be register with them as i am patient. so i rang back a few days later to book myself and my son appointments and i told was no and i wasn’t allowed to, when i question why they said NHS patients have to wait, so i went into the the dentist and asked why they said it and the receptionist shrugged her shoulders and walked off into the other room and they came back a few minutes later with another lady who told me they wouldn’t see me till march 2023, while i was stood there another patient came in who was also NHS and was given an appointment 3 days later, i then questioned why they were given an appointment and the receptionist said to me if i didn’t like having to wait to go else where, she then went and got the dentist who told
me to go to another dentist as they don’t want NHS patients, this is the worst place ever and if your looking for a new dentists i would avoid this place.
