The Sneinton Family Dental Centre

When my fiancé broke her tooth, we were recommended to go to the Sneinton Family Dental Centre, but were skeptical due to the poor reviews on Google. Its really important to realise that those reviews are 10 YEARS OLD and do not reflect anything like what the practise is now. The staff are lovely, really friendly, super professional and talented. The facilities are excellent and we were really impressed with the service. Cant recommend them enough, and make sure to check out their reviews on the NHS site before taking the Google reviews to heart.

I had a check up a week ago, the ladies that did my my check up were lovely and made me feel at ease. I went back again today to get my filling. The ('assistant'?) dentist noticed my hair had changed and she was very chatty! I was very impressed with the whole visit and the fact they made sure I was okay with the needles and drills. Deffinetly the best dentist i have been to in the UK! Thank you for looking after me today.

I have been with this practice for years now and have always had a good experience. Dr Beata Pasierbska is one of the best dentists we have ever had ,very experienced, professional with her work ,very polite and caring , same with the reception team they have done some outstanding work especially Magda. We’d like to thank them for giving us a pleasant experience with the practice.

Phoned to get an appointment, very harsh Indian lady on the phone extremely rude, I asked a question in a polite manner to have the phone put down on me.

I cannot describe in words how grateful I am for the incredible work performed by Dr Beata Pasierbska, her and her assistant Magda took me in instantly for my emergency appointment. The whole team which was there at the time provided amazing help not only in a medical sense but also in an emotional and pain relieving sense. Dr Barbara's assistant resieves great gratitude from me as I was in great agony and she did everything in her power to support me ( I apologise for nearly breaking your hand ) and the receptionist did everything possible to have Dr Barbara take me on as soon as physically possible . I thank the whole team from the bottom of my heart for providing the best service available.

Had my tooth extracted this morning after suffering with it all through lockdown and was very pleased, and relieved, with my experience. Dr Beata Pasierbska was very caring and reassured me throughout as I was very nervous as it was a big tooth and root that needed to come out. It was very quick and easy. The receptionist and the assistant were very pleasant also.
Feel great now it’s out and very happy with the service I received! Thank you so much!!

Absolutely useless. dentist charges you £24 for a open up and wash moiuth, takes eternity to do basic work, dentist can't do extractions. Called today, Receptionist cant speak english properly, only one dentist available and always on holiday. called to get appointment, told that dentist booked until the end of the following month. Other dentist supposedly in hospital. Amateurs

the dentist surgery and the unprofessional attitude from one of the Dentist is absolutely ridiculous, I will never take my children to this surgery again, when a dentist prescribes antibiotics to a 11 year old and when you question them if they actually need it and they come out with "no, not really", you know there is something wrong!!!
