So today I attended as an emergency after cracking my tooth 48 hours ago.
Appointment made efficiently and with empathy.
When I heard the word extraction my heart sank and panic set in. I need not have worried Ibipeju Adeniran was fantastic, competent and caring. Both she and the dental nurse treated me with so much kindness and support. Procedure pain free and I am so grateful. The receptionist was also amazing and made me laugh.
I was even awarded a Star Badge’ !

My son visited today to have two of his milk teeth removed. He was incredibly nervous about the procedure and got himself in quite a state whilst in the chair. Despite this, both the dentist and dental nurse were patient, caring and calming with him which resulted in the procedure going smoothly. We are both very grateful to the wonderful staff and are hopeful that, after such a positive experience, future visits won't be so daunting. Thank you.

I've been going to my dentist from a young boy at least 10 years but I was sent a letter to say I have been removed from the practice as I missed a appointment which I left numerous voicemails to re book it. Some people cant sit waiting on a automated call for 1 hour as I have work to do. Extremely disappointing & the customer service didnt want to know. Avoid.

Absolutely disgusted and in agony again. Came in as an emergency a month and a half ago and the treatment has been terrible. Didn't know how to write a basic prescription out properly, was rude and unprofessional (dentist), passed between dentists, made excuses, tackled the wrong problem, ignored an abscess and refused to do an extraction due to 'big roots'. Referred me elsewhere (didn't have a choice) which is an 8 week wait (and they can decline), In agony again after 4 days and at risk of sepsis. Work 12hr shifts and studying a professional course (got a shift tomorrow). Got more chance of sitting in A and E for hours if necessary because at least they'll do something. no idea how I'm supposed to function in the meantime. On the flip side the receptionists have been fantastic (thanks for that).

Very very bad, if you like your tooth don’t go there, not professional at all, they are accepting lots of patients and doing treatment very quickly as next patient waiting, nobody is their to answer the phone call and never call back.

Joined the practice as I relocated to Nottinghamshire and required a dentist. Went through the MyDentist Affordable private scheme so I could get my filings replaced and a general check up. Although costly going private, it has been well worth the extra spend. The treatment I have received has been 5*, Alex the dentist was amazing and very considerate of what I wanted and needed, she was considerate of my nervousness and explained everything. The dental nurses are professional and reassuring during treatment. I did not feel pressured into treatment and even though deposits were required, I did not mind this and was not pressured into paying in full at the time of booking. The reception team are polite and pleasant and there is generally a nice atmosphere in waiting room. Very happy with my choice of dental practice.

My own dentist got me in here to have an emergency appointment to have a really bad tooth out and I was seen by Alex. She was great, as was her nurse and I'm pain free after months.

I recently moved to this Practice following a poor experience with a different dentist. The service and advice I have received has far exceeded my expectations. I now feel like I can have 100% confidence in my dentist, trust their advice and I'm on the right path to solve my dental issues. I would not hesitate to recommend this dentist (Farah Khan & wider team).
