Lichfield Family Dental Surgery

I have recently completed treatment with Vicki for correcting the alignment of my top teeth using Invisalign and I have to say it was a great experience from start to finish.
I had discussed the possibility of starting the treatment with Vicki for a while during routine check ups and finally decided to go ahead and book into have the proper consultation to see what my options were for treatment.
At no point did Vicki make me feel pressured to go ahead with any treatment and it was left in my hands to let her know if I wanted to make the next step. No hard sell, just giving me my options to make a decision on my own terms and in my own time.
From seeing the online graphics of my treatment plan, to each physical step, I have found it to be a really interesting and straight forward procedure. Vicki discussed every stage and made me feel comfortable with the entire process.
I can also add that with the previous experience of having metal braces at a younger age, this is a totally different experience. No pain, no discomfort and great results.

I have just completed a procedure to replace a large (ish!) bridge section on my upper jaw which had disintegrated. From start to finish I can say that the service and care and attention I received from Vicki was exemplary. Option's were explained in detail and backed up by written quotes (actually cheaper than the prices on the website!!). I'm not a fan of dentists but was made to feel at ease from minute one. I would have no qualms in recommending Lichfield Family Dental Surgery to anyone.

Horrendous dentist that badly bodged a very expensive crown for myself and a root canal for a family member. Avoid like the plague!

Edit in response to the dentist, no I am not a fake review and I am indeed one of you ex patients. Dr John Mitrou is the dentist who we used to come to, I did complain back at the time of the crown and unfortunately was told it was the best you could provide. I am now currently undergoing new dental treatment at Distinctive Dentistry in Tamworth to get my teeth back to an acceptable standard.

Thanks so much, John, for fitting me in on a Saturday morning to replace a temporary crown. My own dentist wasn't open on Saturday and I was going on holiday and din't want to look a wreck and have tooth problems. You did a great job and I didn't have to worry about my tooth on holiday.

I used to be absolutely terrified of going to the dentist. John is the best dentist I have ever been too. He puts you at your ease and his dentistry skills are excellent. I would recommend him to anyone.

New receptionist very welcoming and pleasant. Again putting you at ease.

Keep smiling John and staff. I actually smile when arriving and leaving. Haha.

Vicky has been my dentist for more than 15 years. I have had various dental problems and they have always been dealt with efficiently, promptly and with great care and attention. Why would I go anywhere else?

Absolutely brilliant dentist, I was really nervous on my first visit but was put at ease straight away and now I'm always relaxed every visit.
Shame i could only give 5 stars as Vicky and the team deserve 10 stars.
I always recommend this dentist to everyone.

Just been for a filling at Lichfield Family Practice, what can I say other than what an amazing experience. Although past experiences at other practices have been awful. I have been met with nothing but kindness & care. Can't thank everyone enough for making it a smooth professional time.
