After the pandemic I expected a long wait. What I didn't expect was to be told I had gum disease but had to pay privately £53 for a hygeine appointment. Different dentist as mine had gone private. Not interested in nhs patients.

My dentist is awesome. I used to be terrified of dental appointments but two successive wonderful dentists at this practice have put me completely at ease. At my check up and minor procedure yesterday she was unrushed, explained everything she was doing and spoke up and clearly so I could hear her through her mask as I have some hearing loss. They also accommodate my mobility difficulties by seeing me downstairs.

Absolute rip-off. Charging me £39 fee for appointment I wasn't even aware off. Canceling your appointments without even telling you. Avoid

13 minutes late, lost appointment and £40 due to unavoidable circumstances. Ask to rebook and get told it will be another £40. Great business model by taking money from people in this climate

I have not visited this dentist yet for my appointment however I have been trying to join a dentist for a while, without any luck most of the time without anyone wanting to give you the time of day as they are unable to take on new patients. However, after speaking to Charlotte, she has made this process very easy, I have joined the dental plan with my dentist. Charlotte has been amazing helping with the sign-up process and making this very easy, would recommend the service already.

Received same day appointment for a dental emergency (abscess & looking like I had a tennis ball in my mouth!). Dentist was lovely and even managed to get a couple of x rays despite the pain. Follow up appointment a week later wasn’t accompanied by my usual high levels of anxiety and stress, completely down to the reassurances and calm mannerisms of my dentist. In addition, both the dentist and nurse were friendly and I’ll definitely be returning for follow up appointments- my usual fear response usually keeps me away once the immediate problem has been resolved. I have been with the same dentist for my whole life, but decided to change to one closer to home. I was quite nervous but was greeted by a lovely dental nurse, Connie and then introduced to my new dentist, Rachael. I was instantly put at ease and felt very comfortable. Everything was explained and the treatment was explained. I am so glad to have made the move to mydentist!

Brilliant dentist if there are no available appointments they will always put you on the cancellation list. (And they do ring you if cancellations happen). Everything is very relaxing and scrupulously clean. Happy friendly reception staff xx
