Super Smile Dental

I would give 0 stars if able. Oh dear, this is what happens when a chain takes over a long running family practice. Have been a patient of Paul Stockford since the 90s and never had a single issue with him or any member of staff there. All were very friendly, answered all questions patiently and overall provided an excellent service. That has all changed since Super Smile have taken over. Gone is the excellent customer service and quality of service. I have been twice and will not be returning or recommeding to anyone. Firstly Dr Ali, all he did was constantly talk over me which was incredibly annoying and rude, he also ticked on my receipt that he completed scaling and polishing which he did not(mr Stockford always did this on every check up. Secondly i arranged an appointment to fix a silver filling for £47 and then make a further appointment to fix a white filling for £85, when the appointment ended i found out that they fixed the white filling first despite me making it clear that this was not to be done. When I asked the lady on reception (who was dental nurse) why they have done the her reply was " i dont know im not psychic". And why i complianed about this and the previous appointment her reply was "Dr Ali is great I love Dr ali". She was incredibly rude and did nothing to address my issues. Terrible company!!!!!!!!!

I booked an emergency appointment with smile and from start to finish they were so helpful. The room was nice and cool with the latest technology. The dentist was fantastic, explained everything clearly and was so gentle throughout the process. I would highly reccomend 😁

Dr Ali was great with both my children. They actually had fun at their check up.
He explained everything in a nice way.

The Dentists at this practice are very good, they are calm and caring, they explain everything in detail! They offer all options to create a perfect smile. Made to feel at ease at every appointment.

Booked an appointment with dentist, everything ok with general service, dentist didn't explain extra prices on top of appointment cost and carried out work regardless. Had a 2 minute polish and scale, which was described by dentist as a "quick polish and scale" which appeared to be routine procedure and was charged £50 for it. Prices on website are generic and do not specify what is included.

Super. An appropriate name.
Super dental surgery, Super staff.
I recommend them to all ages.
