Mydentist, Smiles Dental, Glamorgan

I am about half way threw my braces treatment at smiles and braces aren’t the best at comfort or good for the image but I bit the bullet at smiles and went ahead with This treatment ! And I’m glad I did as my teeth are already looking MUCH better in such a short time .. and i have to say all the people at smiles that I’ve met are lovely , My dentist Sharmila is always lovely towards me and the reception team are lovely . I would highly recommend to anyone x

Avoid!!!...had braces here and you can't eat with them, They are hugely painful and hurt!! I paid for two only had one fitted and couldn't of tolerated the other set...paid a fortune and not even reimbursed a bit even though I went to just two appointments. Con!!! Avoid!!!

Only been here once. I'll be honest I'm not a fan of going to the dentist, however this place was really nice, all the staff I met were friendly and made me feel comfortable. So far I'm very pleased. The place is clean and modern feeling. A *****

On the whole very good, had one experience where the dentist was running really late and wouldn’t communicate with the receptionist. It was a toss up between an exam and starting medical treatment.
This was dealt with very well by the practice manager, who calmed me down and slotted me in with a nice dentist.
Am very grateful to her for this.

Very efficient customer service and dentist also assistant, helpful in educational ways of cleaning teeth other than usual brushing, Very Good Dental Practice

Paid almost £1200 for a brace to correct one tooth of my choice, yet over a year later and a dispute with the dentist, the brace did not work yet the dentist argued it did! Feel more conscience now than ever before about my teeth. Wish I had read reviews before spending all that money and shatter my confidence.

I went here a few weeks ago , knocked the door to ask about dental treatment and the receptionist or who ever she was immediately said sorry we are not taking on NHS , i never actually stated I wanted NHS I was wanting private treatment, but before I had chance to say this she closed the door on me , just because someone looks how you say rough doesn't mean they want free treatment ,and I am aware that treatment for what I need would cost upto £500 , disappointed is a word below what should be put , dont judge a book by its cover
