Absolutely ridiculous police on changing appointments date and times!!!!
I work in health care so have shifts changed often.
My first appointment I changed 10 days in advance and my second appointment I also changed 10 days in advance and then I received a warning if I changed again I'll be kicked out of the dentist.
Already paid for all my treatment. By the way I pay for private not on the NHS so the money I'm paying I should not be treated like this at all!!!

I shouldn't have been surprised at how good this dentist is but it takes something above the rest ( or below in some cases) to prompt me to leave a review . I was unfortunate enough tho have broken a tooth but it was sorted on the first visit , Their COVID measures are second to none . Absolutely excellent !

Can I just say a big thank you to India and her team for a very quick and painless extraction of one of my back teeth, and another thank you to the staff for getting me an emergency appointment quite quickly and getting me sorted ,

Joined as NHS patient and didn't have to wait too long for an appointment. They kept the appointment (didn't cancel last minute like another local practice). Dentist was lovely and very professional. Returned for a (private) scale and polish. Again, very punctual, friendly and happy with the treatment.

I cannot say enough about how good my experience with Compton House practice was. I've been a patient for over 10 years and they're always friendly and able to help.Even during these unpredictable times they have organised treatments and appointment amazingly well. Keep up the good work.

Felt the need to share my experiences with this practice over the past 12 years. Nothing but praise for those I have interacted with. Even been seen during the covid pandemic.
My son couldn't get to see his orthodontist so they agreed to and organised new retainers. WOULD recommend on all levels. Go Compton house team.

This is the A dentist to avoid more than covid 19. The lack of respect it shows for its customers is so disrespectful words cannot explain. All I would suggest is anyone who can afford to find a new dentist do it and let Compton house dentist Pencoed go through. The 3 dentists who own this don’t deserve the privilege.This way we can replace them with a dentist that understands customer needs and customer service. Ensuring the local community has the healthiest mouths in Bridgend. Get seen when needed.

This is the only review I have ever written but so annoyed by today, I feel I need to share as I would hate anyone else to feel this frustration I am feeling.

Had an emergency appointment ended up having the tooth out I'm petrified of the dentist but they were very reassuring and made me feel at ease
