Lovely expérience there, Dr. Vara is a real professional, Lorraine is very calm and Gill is well organised, altogether a great team

I was extremely apprehensive when I arrived at the practice but Gillian the receptionist was welcoming and reassuring, instantly making me feel more at ease. The dentist and assistant were professional, competent and thorough. I would definitely recommend mydentist.

Receptionist very rude and unhelpful to the point of not caring. I constantly had letters giving appointment date the day of the appointment then had to call and cancel as too short notice. I was then taken off their list because of this. called today with an issue but told unless in excruciating pain and my face is fully swollen then they would not see me. she then went on to say I had cancelled the appointments and was my fault even though I had said the last appointment I had I was in hospital having tonsils removed. I had dealt with this woman previously and everyone I have spoken to says how rude she is and does not help. Also every time I went there was a new dentist who force ably tried to push on teeth when told there were no issue as if trying to cause damage so maybe better using a different dentist.

Just a quick text to say how grateful I am to you and the Team who went the extra mile for me yesterday, not only did you manage to jiggle things around to accommodate me, the team managed to remove that decayed tooth which was causing me so much pain, the procedure went well and was painless, a great team effort. Today I feel great, no pain, and all is well.

horrid receptionist who had no interest is helping. Any excuse not to do her job or explain herself... Or her "factors" as she likes to call them, yet won't explain what "factors" she is referring to.
Consequencly I am removing my entire family from this practice, I've seen some lovely dentist come and go from this surgery, I wonder if she is the reason... "factor" they leave.
Time to remove the dead wood.

Very professional dental practise that's well managed during this difficult COVID period. The COVID procedures were well communicated during the pre appointment telephone call and perfectly adhered to during the actual appointment, The dentist was very friendly and certainly knew how to perform a tooth extraction procedure with the minimal amount of pain. I certainly believe that mydentist, Ammanford deserves 5 stars.

My recent visit to the dentist was excellent, receptionists were very friendly and professional and my dentist gave good advice on which electric toothbrush to buy. Thank you 😀
