Novocare Dental

I chose Novocare Dental to complete an implant procedure. It took a few appointments to get everything done and Sonny has proven to be very competent, knowledgeable and professional along the way. He explained every step of the process to me and was always very kind and professional. I’m really happy with the implant and Sonny did his utter best to ensure I was happy with the work done. I also saw the hygienist and she did a great job too. Sonny’s team is brilliant: approachable, kind and professional individuals. I would highly recommend Novocare and will go back for any dental procedure I need next.

I have just had an implant successfully completed at Novocare Watford. It is the second implant that I have had done there and both times I have been grateful for the diligence of Sonny and his team. Great care was taken with both teeth to ensure that things were done at the right pace and I felt in very safe hands. I am very happy with the work they have done and would not hesitate to return if I should need further treatment in the future.

Really bad experience with a female dentist Dr. Lena. She was shouting at my young daughter. The reception lady was nice and helpful. Dentist terminate the appointment within 5 minutes without any explanation of her findings or what’s her plan. I strongly don’t recommend this dentist for management of children dental problems.

We have been with this dental clinic for more than 8years now but have decided to leave this clinic. At the beginning, they seemed to be efficient, however in all these years, there have never been ANY appointments booked well in advance that was not cancelled or rescheduled by the clinic. Several times the receptionist will say the dentist has asked that the appointment be rescheduled with no apologies. When the call is made to reschedule, the receptionist never apologise or show any empathy - they simply say "what can I do?"
I completely understand that there is enormous pressure on services, but a complete lack of empathy/good customer service is unacceptable. The last straw making us leave is: treatment that is needed urgently within 4 weeks has once again been rescheduled for till November!!! We are now left with no choice but to find another dentist that will show empathy and treat cases with the urgency that is required but more importantly NOT to cancel appointments that has been booked well in advance.

My teeth were a complete mess; several were missing and the rest were rotten and loose. Rather than go for the cheaper option of dentures i decided to go for full mouth dental implants despite my long standing fears of the dentist. I was recommended Sonny by a patient of his who had similar work done and after an initial consultation decided to proceed.
Right from the start Sonny and his excellent staff put me at ease and explained at every stage what was happening. Their reassurance and Sonny's skill as a dental surgeon made the whole procedure seemless and now after several months i have a smile to be proud of.
If you are considering dental implants or any other procedure, I highly recommend Novocare. Not only is Sonny an excellent prostodontist, he is really nice man who has a real affinity for nervous patients.

Full top and bottom implants one year old today Sony and his team know how to treat a patient no problem too big or small they will deal with it.
Always feel safe in there hands very professional can smile now and eat anything no pain.

Due to bad dental work over my lifetime I was left with a lot of dental issues and a dental phobia. For the last 8 years Sonny and his team have worked wonders!! Not only almost curing my phobia but giving me back my smile and ability to eat properly. It's quite hard to put into words the gratitude I feel. 5 stars just doesn't seem enough!
I would heartedly recommend NovoCare (and Sonny!) for everything from routine examinations, to fillings, to implants. All of the treatments I have needed have been perfect.
