Very dirty inside, had to wait 3 months for an emergency appointment with toothache then saw the dentist to be told my teeth are disgusting. Very rude and stuck up not welcoming or making you feel welcome. They temporarily filled my tooth and said i needed a root canal will send an appointment out. Waited 2 months rang them to be told to just wait for an appointment. It's now been a year and still no appointment will not be returning to them.

Cant fault these guys. They look after my kids teeth i have been able to get emergency appointments for them when needed. Staff are friendly and helpful. I am an xray engineer and work in practices all over the country. This is you standard practice i have been to far far worse. Would have no issues recommending for someone looking to sign on to a dentist

I can't fault my treatment. Gold crown snapped off leaving razor sharp shards of tooth that were shredding my tongue. It took 4 days to get an emergency appointment (including the Sat/Sun) then almost a week to get an appointment for extraction but luckily I wasn't in pain (except for the tooth cutting my tounge but I filed the shards down myself). Despite being petrified of having the extraction, the dentist was brilliant and I didn't feel a thing. No pain even after the anaesthetic wore off and a day later everything feels great. I'm well chuffed.

Great service. I have been to the dentist today with my boys. The dentist was very professional and checked their teeth carefully. She explained the steps and the process very clearly. I highly recommend her.

I have had very bad experiences with this dental clinic over the years. The other day, I went with my daughter for her appointment and when a certain dentist was explaining the treatment to me, he did it very unpolitely and in an aggressive tone. He angrily repeated the question, "Do you understand?" Once we left, I informed the receptionist, and she she said was that it could be part of his personality. How can being rude be part of someone's personality?

I had a very bad experience with this dentist because my son had an appointment at 11:00 and i told the school i would be back by 11:30 but they delayed 30 mins of my sons time and mine. If i was 1 minute late they would say that i missed my appointment

Been going to this dentist now for over a year and he is extremely kind, compassionate and incredibly professional. Recently attended for emergency after front crown came away, was seen the same day amazing care and treatment as always with options kindly yet clearly discussed allowing me to be able to make well informed choice & process to repair is now underway. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and would highly recommended!

I rang up got an appointment. When I turned up to my appointment I was told first off by the receptionist that she double booked it by accident by mistake. So she said she ask the dentist if he could fit me in. When he came he said the dentist I had an appointment with had finished for the day. He said that I can call up tomorrow and get a new appointment. In my opinion they are unprofessional.
