Bupa Dental Care Gloucester Westgate

I can very highly recommend this Dental Practice, the Staff are warm friendly and welcoming, this makes a huge difference to someone like myself who has a genuine Phobia of Dentists. Neil Tayler is my Dentist, whom i highly recommend, his approach is superb and as all the other staff warm & friendly, treatments & check ups always go smoothly. My Hygenist is Kerry Chandler who i also very highly recommend, she along with Neil Have offered proactive advice along the way to help keep my teeth & Mouth Healthy - which is a fabulous feeling! especially as Oral Hygiene is such a critical component of keeping in good health.

Excellent service. Friendly reception staff, very pleasant premises, no waiting. Dentist (Neil) and assistant very helpful, explained whole procedure thoroughly. Couldn't ask for better treatment.

I visited the practice as a new patient on Christmas Eve 2019, they repaired a filling. The service was excellent and all the staff very helpful, I have now maid this practice my permanent dentist as a result.

I have just had an appointment with Jose. He was so kind and gentle. He takes the time to explain my options and I would definitely recommend him for anyone who worries about visiting the dentist, I would also like to thank Laura the hygienist for her time and patience in explaining how to improve my oral health

The service was decent and it would have been a higher rating if not for the fact that they charge £5 for 'PPE' and a squirt of hand sanitiser, even though I brought my own mask. Every other business has actual covid measures at no extra charge and profiting from a pandemic is utterly disgusting.

Excellent service! They were able to see me without issue and they were very friendly and easy to understand.
