Fareham Road Surgery

I've had to have alot of dental work done recently (wisdom teeth etc) and was pleasantly surprised by the gentle and calming nature of the work that was done and explanations throughout the procedures. Was fitted in with 30mins notice for urgent work and appreciated the effort reception and dental staff went through to sort me out.

Been putting off a wisdom tooth extraction for years, had the worst weekend in pain. Called in today 840am no issue booked me in for 1400, really helpful and understanding over the phone. Arrived 10 minutes early checked in sat down, waited roughly 8 minutes was taken to see dentist. Very sympathetic about the situation dealt with me really well I get nervous, was driving off a happy bunny by 1430 can't ask for much more than that. Thanks Aaron

Had a tooth out this week by Rebecca and Irina. Unfortunately, passed out a couple of times due to my own phobia of the dentist.
However, I would like to say abig thank you to Rebecca, Irina and the two lovely ladies on reception (didn't catch their names) who looked after me. Nothing was too much trouble !!! Promise not to come back for a while plus I am apologising to all the patient's who were waiting. THANKS AGAIN XX

I have been attending this dental surgery for many years and the care has never been less than excellent. Everyone is very friendly and they are doing all they can to make you feel safe in the current situation. I’ve just had a SleepWell device fitted which has stopped about 90% of my snoring issue and improved my quality of sleep enormously. Who knew you could go to a dentist for that? During the process everything was explained step by step with great after care. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this surgery.

I called to register my Partner for to private treatment having come from Harvey Street.based on the 5 star reviews. Wow how wrong I was, As we were going through the process the reciptionist became increasingly rude first by accusing me that the postcode I gave is not the address I live at ! Then as we went through clearly she was not listening.as I had to correct her a few times. In the end I just told her not to bother as her attitude stunk. I then called back to speak to the practise manager only to be told she was ! Wow very bad .

Disgusting . Hope the dentist reads this.....

Brilliant staff who go the extra mile for you. Have been with this dental surgery for a few years now and the dentists here are second to none, great treatment and advice with the ability to help you relax if your nervous.

On Friday evening I chipped my front tooth , called the surgery on Monday & was given an appointment for Tuesday .. Went along this morning & saw Mr A Karmali who sorted it out straight away & it looks brilliant

Everyone is so friendly & extremely efficient . I have been a patient here for many years & have always been very impressed

My dentist is very lovely and professional. However, I'm yet to encounter a well-mannered receptionist at the practise they are very rude and aggressive. Almost as if you're being a bother to them.
