Epping Dental

I would highly recommend this dental practice. My little girl had trauma to one of her front teeth, Epping Dental got me an appointment straight away and made me & my little girl feel at ease from the moment we stepped into the practice. All staff very professional & efficient from start to finish.

Came to the dentist after a long time and was put to ease by the dental nurse ayla immediately. Who was really friendly and calm. She really made me laugh and got me through my treatments with y dentist with such ease.

Awful. Can't get an appointment. Last year I had booked in for a filling - it had taken the best part of a year to get that appointment. When I got there they said the receptionist had only booked me a 15 min appointment and they can't give me a filling. They put a temporary one in which came out a few days later. No follow up. Now my tooth is really painful. I have been trying to get an appointment. The phone rings out. Receptionist I just spoke to has a serious attitude problem and just put the phone down on me because I asked to speak to the practice manager. I would avoid at all costs.

Excellent service, my dentist Uzar made me feel very comfortable while having my first filling. Very friendly and efficient service.

Absolutely useless doctors. I don’t know where they got their qualifications but they missed 3 holes in my sons teeth. A month after a check up in this clinic went abroad where doctors fixed his teeth. Here they said everything looks great. Shocking

They’re happy to take your money!! My husband rang this morning and explained he had a temporary filling from another dentist, but needed it sorting properly as it’s been causing him a lot of pain. Appointment booked at 2pm. In and out by 2:13pm, paid £23 to be told they can’t do anything as he’s not registered. Why see him in the first place then? Absolute rip, I’m livid as he’s left work early for nothing and is still in pain.

Everyone at the Epping Dental Surgery were amazing, most specifically the dentist Madhu and nurse Ayla. They made me feel so welcome and at ease. They’re amazing at their jobs. 10/10 experience.
