This dentist pratcice left me traumatised after they aimlessly drilled into other teeth trying to find the source of my pain after a recent root canal and cap being fitted and her refusal to accept that it was the RC she had performed. After 8 painful and pointless appts in 2 weeks I went to see a private dentist who revealed that the crown was smashing the tooth above, and being hammered down, as it was so large. Something I told my dentist over and over again, that it felt like was happening. This cost me thousands to have fixed in the long run. A re root canal had to be performed on said tooth, along with fixing all the surrounding damage.
If you want teeth when you’re old. I would recommend that you do not go to any Photsys. Its a real shame that you cannot give a zero star.

This dentist practice is awful. Very difficult to make contact with the practice on the phone and then lack of appointments. My dentist has cancelled on me the day before my appointment having had to organise time off from work. My clinical experiences have seem rushed and painful with lack of any consideration for the patient. Very unprofessional, I have left this practice to continue my dental checkups elsewhere.

This is not a good practice. After having severe pain that appeared to be in 2nd molar which I had initially repaired there with a filling I was told it is due to wisdom tooth. I was referred to the hospital for extraction however this takes months to take place after initial referral. I was given antibiotics to treat the infection which helped only for little while. I had to comeback because the pain was back. I was told that I can’t have anymore antibiotics ( which is understandable) but I was also told that there is nothing he can do and that I need to await the wisdom tooth extraction in pain! I thought I will put pressure on the hospital to have it removed sooner and I kept calling and e mailing them. They performed CT scan and told me that the infection is indeed in the 2nd molar and it needs root canal before the surgery is performed. I went to different private dentist who performed root canal and left me pain free on same day! I took so many painkillers, ordered more antibiotics online because I thought I didn’t have other choice when clearly the dentist couldn’t care less. During my visits I felt like I’m bothering him with the same thing. Total lack of consideration. At one point he even didn’t let me sit in the chair and wouldn’t look and just told me he can’t do anything. Absolute nightmare. I am disgusted that someone like this gets to practice dentistry. I will never go back there again!!!

used to be a fantastic surgery but has lost its appeal - way to many changes. plus refferral time is rediculous for tooth exctractions , after 2 years i am still waiting to be seen-- im going elsewhere .

Receptionist was rude when booking my appointment. On appointment day I called ahead and was told that the appointment wasn't even booked! I had arranged childcare to attend which was not needed.
Now I've got to arrange childcare again for a new appointment given to me. Unbelievably frustrating.

Previously, the dentist gave me a temporary filling which came out a few weeks later a d then refused to see me because of lock down.

Needless to say, I'll be changing my dental surgery.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Absolutely useless dentist, completely ruined my tooth then refused to fix the problem; then referred me to another dentist for an appointment 2+ months later so I ended up paying & going elsewhere. Receptionist is lovely, dentists are useless.

I phoned numerous times over 2 months to request if it was possible to get a copy of my dental file... everytime receptionist was super friendly and nice, but I never received any updates, or returned calls... and def no dental file. Very dissapointing and frustrating experience.

Fantastic dentist, been to two other dentists who gave me the hard sell about root canal surgery and crowns , he explained the procedure , cleaned ,polish my teeth and extracted a tooth that was not worth saving always checking a was ok .The whole visit was great from the reception to after care and was painless for me and my wallet!!!
