I am being plagued by their systems about an overdue checkup when I don’t think it’s due yet. I’ve been getting these emails since December. I might be wrong but my diary clearly shows my last checkup. They threaten me being excluded from NHS treatment. I’ve emailed the practice twice, called three times and not got through, left a voicemail and no response whatsoever. I don’t know if this appalling service is within the remit of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection but I’m mindful to make a formal complaint.
