Nice dentist . Professional and they have been good only let down reception!
There is a young girl working there at present and she needs training. Customer service and people skills.
Have people forgotten how to greet clients when your reception. A service with a smile. No
Phone calls being answered well almost an hour to get through,

Why are people so rude and unprofessional when you want to get your teeth done. And management well I have met them.

Stephanie practice manager walks around like she’s at a cat show. When previously approached I received attitude.

This was nice to go to until staff changed front of house. However let down by them at present . I suggest you check certifications and qualifications and change staff and Recruit again dentistry

They need to get a new receptionist. He's extremely rude and impatient and very snappy. Disgusting behaviour. Very unprofessional. I signed up here very recently and have an appointment with this practice in a few days. Hopefully the dentists are nice and professional.

They saw me a lot sooner than my usual dentist could. They sent me a reminder text about my appointment and even called me the morning of the appointment to check I could make it. They also went above and beyond with the amount of work my teeth needed and the time they alloted me. All in all I think the practice is excellent and very well priced and would highly recommend. Five star service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dr. Christian is a superb dentist. Highly recommendable. Its really a totally painless wisdom tooth removable. They accomodate me even though its too late and they renderred extra hours just for the extraction. Shout out also to her assistant, Asia for keeping me calm during the operation.

Signed up to this dentist as i wanted somewhere that offered private treatment locally to where I lived. Turned up for a hygienist appointment and the dentist wouldn’t treat me as I had my teeth done abroad. That’s fine. However, they charged me up front (£60) and then asked me to submit a refund request. It’s nearly been 4 weeks and I still have not received my money back.

I was told initially it would take 4 working days. I’m not starting to think that I’m not going to get it back! I’m told I will hear an update and never do so I’m having to chase. Very poor customer service.

Mumtaz! My first visit. Reception was friendly and welcoming, treatment unexpectedly swift and successful from calm, knowledgeable and comforting dentist who clearly knew her job, how to do it and how to explain to à fearful patient. I left feeling good and treated well, fit again. Grateful indeed

You need to be careful when you to NHS dentist in general becouse some of them completely can spoil the job and then onlly extraction can be completed.

The receptionists are very rude. Have no ounce of customer service skills. Body language is nasty. They all look at you in a judgemental manner and also speak to you condescendingly.

I have been at this dentist since childhood and it’s all changed. The dentists on the other hand are professional, non judgmental and polite. I have had one dentist since I was young and she has always been amazing. The receptionists should take a leaf from their book as they represent this dentist fist hand.
