Gentle Dental Care

The hygienists Agata was absolutely fantastic. Informative, gentle, attentive and very professional. Advise at all stages the pros and cons. Felt such a genuine care from her than more than just doing the treatment necessary. The best hygienists I have ever had and I have seen quite a few!! Not saying this lightly but looking forward to being treated by her again and hope with improvement by taking on her advice, which I feel she would be genuinely pleased with - even though I may not need to visit as much.

The dentist office was very nice, clean and professional. They were very friendly and make me feel at ease. My hygienist (Agatha) is the very best! She has a lot of knowledge, very caring and explained very clearly what is going on with my dental health. She also brought me along with everything she was doing and showed me specifically what to do which helped me with understanding so much more about my teeth and gums. 10/10 would recommend her to everyone.

Gentle Dental care really lives up to its name. I had an extraction and after having a sleepless night worrying about it I found that there was nothing to worry about. The dentist took time to explain the procedure including after care. When he was finished removing the tooth I couldn't believe that it was all over. I would recommend Gentle Dental care to anyone.

Great experience with Gentle Dental Care! I had a hygenist appointment which went great and now multiple appointments for Invisalign treatment with Dr. Avi and Paulina. They made it very simple and put me at ease with thorough explanation of the Invisalign process. I'm now at week 8 and very happy with the communication and ongoing checks of the progress. After being with the same dentist for many years, we were left with the daunting task of finding another when the practice closed. Like many, we surfed the internet but found it difficult to discriminate one practice from another. Luckily, we read some good reviews of ‘Gentle Dental’ and following treatment from them over the years, have not been disappointed. Their depth of knowledge and experience within the practice is impressive as is their desire to stay up to date with the latest technology. They are very particular on patient well-being and focus on pain-free treatments. Consequently, we have never felt nervous when visiting for any procedures and would definitely recommend this practice for consideration.

Absolutely amazed! I have been a VERY nervous NHS patient all my life. After losing most of my top teeth to infections, I decided to opt for implants. I assumed the implant process would be painful, but worth it in the end. I was totally unprepared for the fact that I felt absolutely nothing!!! Not even the first anaesthetic injection!
Dr Mish, Dr Kam and his team put me at ease right from the start, and I now look forward to eating freely again! Amazing work!

I saw Dr Shivani today for a filing. I was a little nervous but she was so reassuring ,talking me through each procedure and really put my mind at ease . Roxanne was the nurse assisting her and was very efficient.
I received wonderful care from them, including Shahinaa the friendly receptionist, where nothing was too much trouble.
I have been a patient for many years at this practise and would highly recommend it.

The place was clean and felt Covid secure Dr Shivani was so professional exemplary and friendly from the moment she called us into the treatment room. She made me and my two children feel welcome .
