A huge thank you to my fantastic dentist Dr Pooja Nayak. She is the most amazing dentist who has ever treated me. She is wonderfully reassuring and so kind, quick, skilled and efficient. I had a crown fitted today and it fits perfectly. I have had some problem teeth and on each occasion she has assessed and very rapidly fixed the problem. She has literally saved a couple of teeth that I thought were lost causes. Nothing is too difficult for her. Dr Nayak is a great advertisement for BUPA.
Also thank you to dental nurse Katie who supported Dr Nayak's amazing repair job and answered questions that I had.

Staff were very friendly and efficient whilst not holding back on telling myself and my 9-year old how we could improve our brushing! The place was spotless and we didn't have to wait at all.

I was advised to call yesterday from the 111 service to get advice on the excruciating tooth pain I am in. The receptionist was the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. She wasn't willing to get any advice and just basically said I had to deal with it.
This is not the first time I've heard bad things about the reception staff here. Which is such a shame because the dentists there are always spoken about as being great.
There needs to be some serious customer service training. Especially when some people pay for their treatment.

I phoned today regarding my 5 year old granddaughter who is unable to get a dentist. Her tooth is rotten, part of it has broken off and she's in pain. The first lady I spoke to was nice and gave me a phone number but no one answered so I rang back for advice.This time I was unfortunate enough to get the coordinator, her reply was 'what do you expect us to do, shes not our problem' it's sad that people feel that covid gives them the right to speak and behave like this. I have made an online complaint to GDC .
