This has been our dentist for many years although Damira took over in the past few years it has continued with its high standard of care. The practice as a whole is extremely friendly. From the receptionists who are always so polite and helpful to the dental assistants, hygienist and dentists themselves. We have seen a few of the dentists here over the years including a lovely locum just weekend and they have always been professional, caring and patient. We have 4 young children and they have always been welcomed and cared for in such a lovely way. Thank you.

I have been a client here for over 20 years joining when it was called Maycroft although now rebranded as Damira. Our dentist Quincy is the absolute best and I would be reluctant to see anyone else. He is incredibly personable and calm. Our hygienist Jackie is also lovely. Very friendly, welcoming and chatty! The receptionist Jasmine has never smiled at me but she is efficient in booking appointments and taking payment. The only real negative with this practice is the parking. Spaces are VERY limited. Allow plenty of extra time as you may need to wait for someone to leave before you can park. But 10\10 for Quincy!!

This was my first visit and the experience was exceptional. The practitioners and receptionists were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. I saw the dentist and the hygienist on the same day, requested at very short notice. I couldn't have asked for more!

Another disappointing experience. Dentists change every months. I have had 3 or 4 . I have had my filling done. And it didn't help atill in pain. I have been asked to return to be assessed. And had to pay for an asessment after 3 days of the treatment i have paid for and didn't work. I waa then told i need a root canal treatment. When i phoned to book, guess what my dentist left the practice. So new dentist just told me nothing can be done just extraction.
I don't understand there is no offer to save my teeth unles you go private. They always choose to pull it out. No i need to try and look elsewhere. As i want another opinion . How come i have been offered filling then root canal and it ended up with an extraction.
Dont know what to do as its difficult to book an appointment elsewhere. Fingers cross.

So disappointed! After been here for a few years and never having a problem I am sad to say I am upset with the level of care and service. The dentist ‘Joey’ was very patronising and when their records were wrong she said ‘I’m not making it up’. It would be helpful if she had some people skill training, especially meeting for the first time and not knowing my background. There’s a way of saying oh let me check without being nasty and they didn’t even put the glasses back on to double check when I insisted that the information she had was wrong. She even had to change their records but they are still incorrect! I know what dental work I have previously had. I left feeling like the trust had gone and like they were trying to make me look stupid I even ended up apologising for being suprised she caught me so off guard and to make money out of me. They mentioned things that my old dentist there never mentioned. Even when I stated I was about to start a new job so would have to book in later she continued to ask what I wanted and almost tried to ‘put me off’ the cheaper treatment. Would tell family and friends to avoid, it’s gone downhill. In fact a family member that has been there recently also said that they were treated in a similar way by this particular dentist. I’m sure this is not the way the company wants to be remembered.

I would say that the receptionist has always been very polite so I cannot fault them. I couldn’t get parked so had to pay for the car park this time.

Very good experience yesterday. I had a large filling and it was completely pain free and the work done to an excellent standard. Shehla is friendly but very professional and meticulous Excellent work, thank you.

I saw a wonderful dentist who was professional, kind and patient and explained everything he was doing. (Hence the 4 stars)
The receptionist, however, is possibly one of the rudest I have encountered! She was stroppy, patronising and very unhelpful. Judging by the reviews on here, I'm clearly not alone in thinking this! Such a shame because I've finally found a dentist I trust. Unfortunately the receptionist would put me off returning- no one wants to be spoken to like they're 4!

I should have done this a long time ago to say thankyou, we have moved area and no longer able to use your excellent service. Dr Quincy provided us the best of care with a friendly smile.
