I’ve just completed my Invisalign journey with Ipswich Dental Surgery and I’m thrilled with the results. I wanted a more discreet option than metal braces as I didn’t want to draw more attention to my teeth and with Invisalign, people didn’t even notice I had the aligners in. The team were all really friendly, professional and informative. Jane and Dr Payal Bhalla took me through the process and were on hand to answer queries and allay any anxieties. I started Invisalign in June and today had fixed retainers put on after my 20 weeks of the removable retainers. The change in my teeth is amazing! I have gone from having very crooked, yellowing teeth to straight white teeth. At the start of the treatment package I didn’t think the results would be this remarkable. I’m now happy to smile and no longer feel the need to hold my hand in front of my mouth when I talk to hide my teeth.
The team at Ipswich Dental Surgery, including Dr Payall and Jane have been great, explaining all steps clearly and always available if I needed any advice. Invisalign is a commitment but worth it and you will be fully supported along the way.

I had a 'teeth straightening' consultation at this clinic today and I think I'm still in shock about how absolutely terrible it was.
I was a little concerned from the 'courtesy' phonecall I received a few days prior where they asked what I was interested in and I stated fixed or retainers, i was very open to options and they seemed flummoxed and asked 'so Invisalign is something of interest though?' in other words. We only want to sell you invisalign.
Back to my "consultation" today. I sat in the chair, the dentist never examined my teeth, nor looked at my teeth in any way apart from to take 5 pictures on her phone!! I can safely say I've never had a dentist appointment where they haven't even looked in my mouth!!! She asked what I wanted and I said I'm really looking to discuss all options and she quickly said Invisalign is the best so you don't really want to look at any other options. I asked could we discuss the Invisalign packages and she said 'yes, can you get your emails on your phone and show me the prices/packages you have been sent by us.' so then she just re-read an email I had been sent already of Invisalign packages and then asked what package do I prefer and told me to go away and think and get back to them. The entire appointment was 11 minutes.
This isn't dentistry! This is sales (done badly) and it was absolutely terrible in every way. She didn't know whether my teeth were crumbling out of my mouth or anything! She told me you get 20 aligners blah blah. Just total garbage about packages that could fit anyone. Nothing bespoke or customer focused at all
It was honestly the worst dentist I have ever been to. DO NOT GO HERE FOR TEETH STRAIGHTENING ADVICE

I have had a lifelong problem with seeing dentists. I needed to see one as an emergency and Ipswich Dental Surgery saw me quickly and efficiently. My problem was sorted with no fuss and they were so very welcoming and easy going which helped me feel comfortable about being there!
So a big thank you and I shall certainly go back for further check ups and dental work
