East Street Dental Centre

We had our first family appointment at the new dentist today and we were really impressed with the changes. The refurbishment looks great and the treatment and advice were top notch as well.

Have been well served by this since moving back to Wales over 3 years ago.
Nothing appears too much trouble and have always fitted me in within 24 hours when I have been experiencing a degree of pain with my teeth.

My son had his fluoride treatment in school he also had a dental appointment the same day. After I told the surgery that my son had his fluoride they insisted on doing it again anyway. Which has now caused my son's teeth to lose calcium and develop big white spots on his teeth. Also as a parent I really didn't appreciate them shouting at me over my son using oral b toothpaste. They were that loud my other children heard it from the waiting room aswell. I was also sent away with an abscess. This surgery seems to be run by kids that are only interested in Thier next pay check. My advise is to avoid at all costs.
