Excellent customer service! Very attentive and quick with personalisation orders- and will produce good quality work even after I’ve ordered last minute!

I visit here regularly for all my Islamic (&lifestyle) needs (bonus- the staff are very welcoming and helpful!)

Went to exchange my jubbahs as sizes didnt fit. Manager first mentioned dont we know how to calculate sizes of jubbahs!

Which I found rude

Thereafter I was told that I have to pay for the cost of dry cleaning of £4 each since its smells of food. Jubbahs were put back in the packet after it was tried on once.

He accused us (3 adult's)that he has the experience of knowing the food smell on clothes and no one else!

Exchange policy isn't clear and wouldn't recommend this place

Extremely disheartened by the 2 brothers who over charged me for a thobe. Have the extra £10. I challenged him, and he made up a nonsense story and pretended to scroll on his phone checking the price. When I realised what he was up to, I was too disappointed that he did this knowingly, so I didn't make a fuss, paid up and left.

Visited this shop yesterday as we were in the area picking up a new car. Left with some new amazing thobes, books and other bits. The two sales assistants in the shop were so friendly, polite and a pleasure to be around. Will defo be visiting again when were in the area next!x

My experience was great! I ordered my husband and son a thobe for Eid, I reached out to the owners with questions and concerns, and they were awesome. Alhamdulilah! My package was delayed due to a U.S issue but they literally supported me the whole way! Thank you! You have a FOREVER CUSTOMER. IN SHAA ALLAH

Appalling customer service. I have been ordering abayas for work from their website for quite some time until they were removed from the website. I have in the past messaged the company via WhatsApp where they have sent me an invoice and I have received my order without any problems. Most recently - on July 2nd 2022 I messaged again asking if they had had my size in stock, I was told on that same day that someone would check and get back to me within 1-2 working days. Fast forward to the Saturday 12th of November where I have still not received a reply (since July) and therefore have messaged again to query. I am told on this day that they will check and get back to me by Monday (2 days time). I receive a response on the 17th of November instead, stating they do have what I need in stock; I reply on the same day asking to place an order for x amount if possible, I receive no response. I message the company again on the 5th December and am yet to receive a response. If the company cannot provide support via WhatsApp, then please remove this as an option to contact yourselves. Further to this, if you have certain abayas in stock, would it not make sense to put them back on the website so customers can make a purchase as opposed to waiting 5 months for some kind of response?

delivery was made to India however we were told fedex they would only give parcel over if tax duty etc is paid on top. there is nothing mentioned on website stating that you may have to pay tax and duty applicable. this is something im sure the company is aware yet they have failed to state any of this.it is the duty of the company to state this but they failed to do so.They also state that they declare all items as gift and under the value of 19.99 which again is falsification. so they will happily save themselves the money but not towards the customers. Very sneeky be carefull. money is not the issue its the fact it was not made aware to the customer about extra charges
