Great shop. Stock seems reasonable. Fast service. Middle of town, so if buying a heavy item you've got narrow pavements and traffic to fight when walking back to one of the town car parks.

Haley and Mandy in Farnham have definitely gone above and beyond in their jobs for me over last two days... Tracking down a fire pit that I had originally paid for via fast track... I had actually cancelled the order when it looked like it was impossible to find but these two ladies phoned around. Haley was lovely and called me back yesterday to let me know the order was still not at the store but to leave it with her.... Then today she called me to say that even though I cancelled the order she had managed to get the fire pit and she had reserved it for me and gave me the option that the Farnham store could hold it for me till Friday. Santa 🎅 would be proud to have them as his helpers... They have saved my Christmas. Thank you so much.

It's what you would expect really. Service was quick and friendly, if you are used to the large argos with electronic item searcher, this one does not have that, it's the old fashioned book catalogue, which is fine.

Excellent level of service. I was served today by a lovely young lady whose name begins ith a "G." I do not recall her full name. Argos did not have the product that I requested, but she was really nice to me and I thought that she exhibited a tremendous amount of great customer service.

It was a disgrace, staff were very rude. Delayed my order from 10 mins to 35mins. Although afterwards they said we don't have your order in store so therfore you can come pick it up tomorrow. It was disgraceful and misleading I hope they are ashamed of them selves.

My sister who is a teacher working from home decided to invest in a new laptop to help with the lessons. What was delivered was a bed sheet. After being called a liar, waiting on the phone for hours she thought it was resolved and they would send another straight away. Nothing. She called again. After an hour when she got though the advisor told her they had decided she is lying. They refused to put her through to a manager. This came from the Farnham branch.
