No staff at all upstairs to ask for help or even pay
2 lads on the kids abs click and collect till downstairs ignore the people who’ve been queuing and serve the pretty mum instead of the 2 people waiting in the queue where it says entrance

Offers a very wide range home items. We'll laid out with display areas as well as usual shopping isles. Recommended although the prices may not be within everyone's budget.

Always good standard fashionable main stream clothes. Not cheap but neither expensive. Big selection of blue jeans styles and Tshirts. I've bought a couple of suits from Next Good fit and have a wide range of sizes & price points.

Not enough staff.
Came yesterday to pick up a click and collect order and was left waiting half an hour only to be told they can't find it. A call to customer services revealed it was actually in the store after all. Came back today and there are more than 10 customers standing waiting for parcels and the few staff that are here a bringing out the orders one by one at a snail's pace. Awful service.

Larger than usual Next store, but that is to be expected. Large areas for womens and children, however only a comparatively small section for men. Lots of furniture on display too and a Costa Coffee located inside on second floor.

I recently visited the Chelmsford branch. Frascesca was super helpful! I needed to change sizes & she offered to go look for the right size for me upstairs. In my experience, in most shops I tend to be sent back to the shopping floors when I need any change.

Unusually slow service today when collecting ordered goods. Staff good manners would have been a help.

Friendly team but there are bigger and better showrooms.
