Nice Department Store in old BHS store in Nuneaton Rope Walk. Good reasonably price store, most of the stock sold at keen prices. Well worth a visit.

Easy to park on Riverside multi storey car park. Entrance by car park pedestrian exit. Well laid out store with friendly staff. The kitchen item we required was in stock at a good price. We also looked at bedding and other household goods.

I loved shopping here previous to today...I bought some 2 pillows costing me 12.99 each for a family member with a bad neck. They though just by looking at them they were too firm so i took them back to exchange them..only to be told i cannot exchange pillows once opened...they hadn't been opened or slept on...the manager said there was big signs in the shop displayed saying bedding cannot be returned once opened. I repeat they had not been opened and they were in a zippy bag. The lady said it was due to hygiene. My point is you go in the shop....look at the pillows...open the bag to feel the pillow before purchasing so the pillows have been touched and opened before the customer gets to the till and as mind hadnt been slept on and I wanted a simple exchange I thing the lady on the till was completly out of order refusing to exchange...especially given the cost. I will be sorry not to shop there again because they do have some great stuff but due to there returns policy which is not clear I won't be shopping there again.

Shopping here was lovely. We found what we wanted but unfortunately we decided to have dinner here. BIG mistake. We only had jacket potato salad and beans but it was totally tasteless and cold. Really don't know why we bothered because it was just the same last time we went. Never again !!.

Has a bit of a feeling of imminant closure, always very empty customer wise and bit dimly lit in places due to it using the left over fixtures and fitting from when it was a BHS. Very friendly staff though.
