A very spacious shop with a good array of merchandise. I think the home section is quite good with a good selection of items.
I found the shop always clean everything well arranged. It is very buzy so expect queues and there don't offer parking refund. The parking facility is very good.

Amazing offers at great prices, but last week when I was there one "customer " tried almost every makeup product. No one from the staff rearranging around her told her anything! A month ago I wanted to buy a palette and before that to see if it was damaged or tested, a woman from the staff made a remark to me extremely rudely and after I explained that I would buy the product, but I want to make sure everything is fine she told me that she understands, but I can't open it. I felt very uncomfortable and just left the palette. This attitude is not correct. I just can't believe how someone can try pencils, concealers, lipsticks etc. who is English, and no one reacts, and to other clients who are not English to have a different attitude, I strongly hope that is not so.

Good airconditioned building for hot days, clothing well organised with a home department upstairs. Pricing is varied and much cheaper than you'd pay on the high street. Not many staff around and some items not clearly priced. When it gets busy some spaces can be hard to move around and sizes here seem to be in the smaller range.

Spending 1 hour to find the perfect match bag and scarf. Arriving at the till when removing security tag the casher destroy the scarf costing 10 pounds and she said I can have 30 off😳 for a destroy scarf with a big hole. Try to find another one same colour for 14 pounds. I ask if I can have it for 10 pounds as scarf I wanted. But no. I can only have the destroy scarf at 30 % less. I have left all the goods as thecosting 60 pounds. They lost 60 pounds rather than 4 pounds and a very annoyed customer. I think harlow branch should review the customer service of the manager.

Great TK Maxx! Clean and tidy and easy to find stuff. This store is run incredibly well - credit to the staff I'm sure 👏🏾

There is a large range of both men's and women's clothes and the home section upstairs is quite good too.

Nice big tidy store, this one had a pretty big home and toy section, which I love.
