I saw my item on the shelf so wait to be served. As there was now no queue I expected to be served quickly. So I waited and waited and waited.
With the 2 till staff chatting and another member of staff with her coat on sitting in the warehouse sat upon some pallets also chatting with someone that couldn't be seen. After 5 minutes of this another member of staff walked out of the warehouse past the counter at which I was standing and I gestured to her and pointed at the item I was waiting to collect. But was totally ignored. So I annoyed I shouted at the girl who was sat on the pallets. That I needed serving!
She was totally apologetic but I was so put out that I took the item and stormed out!
Felt really no excuse for the staff to be so unprofessional or my anger, but if I had been served in a timely manner this would have been a more favourable post.
Having struggled with a system that insisted I collect from a store more than 1 hour away, this was the last straw.
Useless.
So I returned it explaining the situation and their response was to basically accuse me of lying by the supervisor who incidentally wouldn't understand good customer service if it bit her in the fundament. When I challenged them, all she could say it "I don't think so" and no apology was offered.
The manager was called and suggested I talk to Samsung about it. I am sure they would laugh at me. Like someone else has mentioned in another review, I felt like a criminal.
So I am several hundred pounds out of pocket thanks to the uncaring staff there who are nothing more than cretinous towering mounds of corrupted slime and utter wastes of space and and I mentioned previously have no concept of customer service.
Avoid handing over one single penny to these foul maggots who are nothing more than thieves and degenerates.
I would have given zero stars equal to the total amount of brain cells between these people but alas one is the least amount I can give.
Early this morning I came in being very new to the area having only just visited a few hours ago so I was bit lost. Byron greeted me with a big smile and could clearly see I was in a bit of a state. He offered me some advice on the local area and was more than pleasant to talk to whilst also being very professional. He calmed my nerves without being condescending, he was polite the entire time and with nothing short of a lifesaver!
To my dismay ! After attempting to exchange a broken item for a working example ( within 10 days of purchase)
I had the unfortunate experience to have my request dealt with by
BYRON the absolute pinnacle in terrible customer services !
BYRON was Unhelpful, Dismissive , and Rude ! An absolute abomination!
Terrible is a complete understatement.
The complete inability to interact with a customer in a polite helpful manner would usually end in a staff member losing their job .
My complaint will be sent to Argos head office .
I had to attend Argos in Enfield
where I was dealt with by a lovely customer service assistant who dealt with my problem in a couple of minutes.
How does someone with the communication skills of a rattle snake have a job dealing with customers face to face ?
Refusing a refund due to box damage yet if you actually inspected the item you’d see it’s brand new and never actually been taken out of the box.
Terrible service. And robbed off money
