Argos Putney

My experience was awful!!! Nobody cared what was happening and as a fellow customer put it " My life has become a misery because of this dump." I was buying my brother in law his Christmas present and I now dislike him because of this traumatic experience. ( only joking Trev)
Avoid at all costs it's woeful!!!

The staff here are always really helpful. They make you feel very valued.

Incredibly slow service - I waited for 10 minutes for someone to give me the item that I could see on the shelf! Another item that the system said was in stock wasn't and I had to be refunded for it.

I don't know what's going on, there are plenty of staff but no coordination. Two employees on the tills when there are a large number of people waiting for their stuff that had already been picked is dysfunction.

Placed Fast Track order online, went to collect but they just cancelled my order without giving any reason.

The Guy from colletion keep calling store regarding my order, no response for nearly 15 min.

Nearly Ruined my Black Friday Exp.

How the staff could not locate what I had pre-ordered and was ready for collection I’ll never know. Customer service and communication were non-existent during this long period of waiting. I eventually had to be refunded, well after closing time.

Argos never has anything in stock, they want you to come back the following day and pay another £6 parking to get the item you have ordered to tthe store. This is going to desttroy Argos as everyone i speak to now avoids Afgos because they have no stock ☹

I've been a costumer of this specific store for many years. As a landlord I've always found it forever a handy store with helpful and friendly staff. I do hope the Argos in Putney does not follow the trend of other high street names and close down! That would truly be a crying shame!

No staff around when I entered my order is green as in ready for collection no sign of it or any body at the counter ,5 minutes and counting pathetic for a Saturday morning
