Debenhams

I always find the staff very helpful and cheerful in this store. I bought some lovely clothes today with the help of personal shopper Giselle. She was fantastic running around finding me outfits to try on, whilst I had a big changing room and was offered complimentary coffee which was a nice touch. I much prefer to shop on the high street as opposed to online so please use or lose!

Always go to Debenhams for my makeup the Benefit counter was great attentive and helpful beauty assistants who gave me a little make over. Also visited the cafe don't usually use it but once again pleasantly surprised they have had a refit. Service was good and friendly. Will go again when visiting.

Went there looking for Hush puppies shoes.
Only about 6 types on couple of shelves.
No one in sight to assist.
Went to Restaurant upstairs very good, staff helpful, nice and warm. Nice food and liquid refreshments.Good seating daylight shining in. Good toilets. Will be visiting Debenhams Restaurant again. Excellent Restaurant and staff! 😀👍

I'm not a fan of going shopping, but the other half likes shopping here. It has a bit of everything... cafe on top floor as well. Kids enjoy going up and down the escalators so that's a big win for them!

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Got exactly what I needed and service with a smile. I tried two specialist sports shops to no avail prior to Debenhams, looking for a sports bra. Couldn't be more satisfied with my visit there today!

Had breakfast in the newly reopened restaurant. Fantastic service, nothing too much. Made every customer as welcome as if it were a seven star hotel. The team are amazing and the manageress is hands on. This is how a restaurant should be managed,from the front,and not from the office. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Well what can we say bout Debenhams thats not been said.. Spotless shopping areas.. Staff very helfull.. The eating venue very clean indeed and distances kept correct in this time of C 19.. Brilliant shopping experience and sale bargains top stuff.. Shame if they close.. Another historic department store up the prod.. I hope they are saved and continue to trade.. Good luck Debenhams.. What's happening in Debenhams sad to see, so many story's going on some good, others need working on. Ground floor great. Second floor women's fashion what can one say. Lingerie very very nice, lovely colours, soft fabric and a great choice. Women's fashion all l can say it was depressing, from the lighting to the clothes, so sad to see.
Home too floor never seen the stock so spread out to fill gaps where brands you to be. Sorry to say this is a dying store. The people at the top are do a bad job
