Argos Leamington (Inside Sainsbury's)

Nice shopping area never really visited this side of Leamington before.
Quite a lot of shops around and a supermarket plus petrol station.
Argos staff were very welcoming and even helped with my purchase.
I even went back in to check the goods were all contained in the packaging and they were really helpful with that too.

Atrocious service today. Two people serving on the counter and then one walked off and left one person serving. The queue was increasing and yet one person carried on serving whilst two people served on the collection desk. When I complained I was told that online and reserved customers get priority over the walk in customers. Yeah ok cheers Argos. If thats the case then I will take my custom elsewhere.

I bought a laptop and I was not satisfied with it I tried to return the product and I was refused Is it fair to force me to buy it? I left the product to the employees and left. I will continue to pay but we will see each other in court

Purchased a Galaxy 4 watch last night,changed my mind and returned today. Package obviously was opened,but phone un used. I was refused a refund as apparently had been used and the box had its seal broken so was not resealable?! I made a call to head office and was told had I purchased online I'd have had a full refund?! And if I'd purchased from Samsung directly I'd also have had a full refund?! So just not in store at argos? I also purchased a smart watch from curry's last year,same thing I'd changed mind within a day or so and returned with full packaging and having not been used and had full refund no problem at all.!? I'm really disappointed and I feel that this policy is just ridiculous!I'll be in touch with consumer watch dog tomorrow. Also the guy that served me today couldn't have been less bothered.
Had I known this information at the point of purchase I would not have bought the watch, but this was not clearly stated anywhere and no one told me at the till either. Shall never purchase from in store at argos again!

Paris is very friendly & extremely helpful, have used this store a few times and she has always been five star.

We ordered an item and on collection we were served with a young indian girl who was quite rude and then to find when bringing our collection through she was pushing it along with her feet and then kicked it into a stacking cage with no apology or asking for assistance and then said there you go, bare in mind this was a glass fish tank so I would expect better respect for what somebody has just purchased

Bought a phone from argos it did not charge as it was a manufacturer issue they won't issue a refund or replace it. The staff were rude and vile to myself and they need to shower as they stink just like their attitude. Traiding standards have been contacted. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THE LEAMINGTON ARGOS 😤😡😤😡😤🤬🤬🤬
