What an excellent department store with friendly staff and modest range of products. Sometimes you just need to see what you are buying and see the entire collection from different brands. We are giving 5 stars because it is an enjoyable experience to look around!

Shopped at Clarins within Peter Jones. The service was amazing.
The lady who served me was super helpful, i think her name was Rui. She was very kind and made it extremely pleasant.

A premium store in Sloane Square just a few minutes from the station. Peter Jones is part of the John Lewis group of stores and similar in layout to John Lewis. There is a restaurant on level 6 along with toilets. There was also a live 3 piece band playing when I visited.

I came to the store to buy an air cooler. On the website there’s very little information about what Dyson Purifier Cool actually involves. I spoke to a staff member Sergio to be sure that the device actually cools the air. I was told it’s a multifunctional product and that it does. I doubled checked to make sure it’s not just a fan but an actual air cooler and was reassured. It turned out it is just a purifier and does not cool anything, and the little fan hardly blows and it circulates the hot air in the room. I don’t have the box anymore and was told that despite being sold an item on the basis of misleading information I cannot return it. I have dyslexia and misunderstand written instructions hence why I came to speak to a sales assistant. Nobody wanted to acknowledge it was their fault they misguided me about what it was I was buying and now I’m not allowed to return it. It’s a very expensive product and the reason why I decided to invest in it was to ensure it’s energy efficient and it will last for years to be sustainable as much as I can. It’s now useless and I’ll have to buy another fan. I’m not coming back and would advise the store to train their staff.

Stopped at the Restaurant on the 6th floor for some cake and tea and catch up by a window view table. Good service though not usually the quickest but great reward too from the JL/ Waitrose card. There’s great access to the toilets/ baby changing room and the charging point is on this floor too so your phone can charge while you dine. There’s a wide selection of cakes and hot or cold drinks to choose from and they also offer a light or main lunch.

Always nice to visit, especially at Christmas time! Wide range of home products, man/women/kids fashion, cosmetics, technology. Quality products and the best brands!

The best customer service in London! The staffs are SO polite, efficient! I’ve been going there for many years, shopping, exchange products, at the coffee shop upstairs, all the staffs are attentive. I only wished we had more retailers such as that on the high street!!!

Top class shopping highest standard upper level quality experience. Well trained staff for customer service and after care. Could not be any better
