Unfortunately I'm not happy, ordered a St.Moritz hot-tub, processed and payment went smoothly, offered to pick it up once confirmed as I'm close to Folkestone. Received a DPD confirmed delivery for Wednesday and was thinking it was all going swimmingly.
Received a few missed calls today and called back to be told that the hot-tub order should never have gone through, the delivery confirmation shouldn't have come through and there was no stock nor alternatives, icing on the cake that the refund will take 5-10 days so I still can't order an alternative anyway, this and the fact that once the order was confirmed that I've purchased chemicals, mats and ordered wood to get an enclosure built mean I'm far more out of pocket than I should be !!
Not at all impressed.

WARNING, do not buy anything online from this company if you want it to turn up on time, because if it doesn't and then you cancel it and ask for a refund-as in my case, they tell you they pass it on to the accounts department who then process a refund (after 5 days) which can take up to 10 days for your bank to process it.
Well I ordered a hot tub on the 11th of August for £645:00, and I am now having to go through my credit card company to get my money back. After four phone calls to a very nice gentleman with a very polite voice who I have now found was lying to me through his back teeth, I am still getting no where fast, so if you don't want all the aggravation of having various calls, exchange of email or otherwise evidence with your credit card company, I would avoid these daylight robbers like the plague.
I still can't understand why you can't give zero stars for these shisters.

Buyer beware. This company was only incorporated in April 2020, post pandemic. Directors are early 20's which in itself is not a concern but taking orders upfront when Suppliers are not actually promising delivery themselves like Lazyspa is a concern. Most stock is "Out of Stock" so their investment is negligible but it would be interesting to know how many "Upfront orders" have actually been fulfilled. To top this only 6 reviews on Google 5 of which were outstanding and all posted exactly 3 weeks ago. Other worry is on Facebook they may have 22 comments but only 9 visible. Have they been blocked? Please come forward with confirmation that you are receiving stock if this is the case KEDA. THANKS

I would highly recommend KEDA Leisure. We ordered a hot tub on the 30th June which was due in stock on the 2nd of July. We had notification on the 2nd that the product was being dispatched. This was delivered within 7 days. They used DPD who gave great update on delivery. Very swift service with great communication.

If i could zero stars i would. Cancelled a pre order in August still waiting on refund .. Numerous calls and emails to sort and still no further forward. Very polite to start with now they just dont reply to emails or requests to call me back.
Save yourself the stress and anxiety and buy elsewhere.

Similar to Andy on here I am also not impressed, they state 1-2 days OR even next day delivery and having ordered last Wednesday we haven't received the Hot Tub... currently been told it should be sometime this week.... chose this hot tub and retailer due to their speedy delivery promise... disappointed and feel like I could have bought my preferred hot tub from another vendor.
