Store has recently scaled down to one side of the Exchange shopping mall, so departments have reduced. Looking a bit tired, low on staff, but helpful. Good food section, with self service tills

Ladies, if you are thinking about going for a bra fitting avoid this place completely! Went to try and go for a bra fitting today and was turned down due to the fact that I hadn’t booked an appointment, which is 100% fair enough, however the woman who was supposed to do the bra fitting was extremely rude, unfriendly and blunt and I am sickened and disgusted by this behaviour. She acted as though she didn’t want to do her job and acted as if i was inconveniencing her by asking for help. She was honestly one of the worst customer service workers I have experienced in my life. I wouldn’t feel comfortable with a woman with such bad energy anywhere near me nevertheless fitting me for a bra! Didn’t quite catch her name but i’m pretty sure it was Dorrida or something similar, she was elderly and of Afro/Caribbean descent. Based off of that one experience I would honestly give the place a 0 if i could. Avoid at all cost ladies!

No manners from older asian staff. Horrible. Would not let me touch any food items as she breathed down my neck about closing time. They should keep their distance. Essentially chucked me out. Had to leave my groceries behind. Disgusting. This store is the pits.

I am supper late..On the 15/07/22 around 17.24 pm I popped in to M&S Ilford in search of a supportive Bra. The first person I approached on the bra department was extremely helpful and very patient with me. She grab me 2 items which I end up buying and she Remeasured me with my true bra size

Staff in the food hall are exceptionally polite and customer service is 10/10. They go up and beyond for you here! Absolutely recommend it here! You need help the ladies are so approachable and friendly

Dingy, dirty and incredibly depressing.

I couldn't find anyone to assist me whilst in store. One was too busy talking on her mobile phone the other clearly saw I was in need of assistance but instead chose to bark some new store policies at me.

Very rude, unprofessional and incompetent staff.

POLLY in particular needs to be retrained in customer service and general courtesy. I'll be going to the Stratford branch in the future - staff there are a lot more pleasant.

I won't be surprised if this branch closes soon - what a dump!
