Argos Dulwich (Inside Sainsbury's)

Disgusting and distasteful service from Argos Staff - Zoey and Argos Manager - Nanah (Dog Kennel Sainsbury's Branch) Very rude people. I will be escalating this incident to the Argos main office.

I found staff efficient, polite enough and handled goods with care. I like this Argos, plus it's convenient.

Staff are unhelpful and look like they hate their job. No eye contact and might as well throw your stuff at you.

extremly rude store staff refuse to provide the most basic product aftersales service. avoid esp. for more expensive products.

I came to Argos at Sainsburys in Dog Kennel Hill and received the most amazing service from Diana and her colleague Jessica. Diana was able to help me with a very urgent purchase, she helped me find it and explained everything thoroughly giving me a great deal of care and attention and helped me in a moment of need. Great service from them both.

It was my first time collecting something at Argos in East Dulwich and personally I feel very dissapointed.
I don't think I received the right treatment, when I arrived a young woman with blond hair attended me, she didn't even look at me, her attitude was rude and very serious.
I don't think she should be working at customer service because she does not know how to treat people, and she didn't even say bye.

Staff are rude and very unprofessional. One young female staff had a go at me, I feared for my life. Will never near that place again.

I’ve been ordering items from eBay and ‘click & collecting’ them at Argos in Sainsbury’s for several months. Almost every time I go to collect, I’m served by Nanah, a young woman who is always welcoming, friendly, helpful and efficient. I may have to take a break from online shopping for a while so just wanted to say what a great service this is and how lucky I’ve been to be served by such a great member of staff. Thanks Nanah!
