Please do not visit this particular store, I have a really bad experience from this store manager who is Faye I have been to this store to refund the faulty Tablet she has refused to serve me as tablet cover is open and she has pushed the tablet towards and told me "Go back to the store where you got it from I am busy right now I don't have time to listen your complain " and she walked out. . worst store ever.

Rhianna at the till didn't provide the warranty leaflet that she suppose to staple to the receipt (as it clearly says on the monitor in the store when ordering) and obviously didn't bother returning the change and why would you return a customers pennies!!!. Terrible bad habits that need sorting out. The other lady who collected my order was helpful with my query regarding my damaged old product

Very polite. Very very fast service. They have a few items on the shop floor,but it is really a shop where you click and collect a few hours or a day later.

I was there on Nov 22, 2020 to return my jewelry under warranty. The stuff is completely incompetent and arrogant!! They were totally unhelpful and sent me to another store even though they could fix the problem. That Argos branch with the people who work there is useless!!!

Extremely poor service with rude n unhelpful staff refusing to give my new phone which my sister paid for online for me to collect it cos my sister was not with me to show her argos card. Considering she is self isolate due to covid 19 n i am vulnerable myself i need the phone

Have wasted 45 min bec had to go back home to get my Argos card otherwise they wouldn't give me the items purchased online. Quite pointless considering you don't even check the card details but just want to see if i had the card with me (???)

I have being served by Trinity. She was inpolite and aggressive. She has no manners. Argos should not let her work and sack her urgerntly.
