Love this place. I buy my son's toy cars from here. Cheaper than on line. 2 metal Burago cars (1:43) for £6. Not gonna get that anywhere else.

Some bright spark has decided to move menswear to the first floor where no changing rooms exist. So, if you want to try anything on you have to traipse downstairs to the changing rooms and back up again if you want to look for another size etc.. You'll then have to keep repeating this journey until you find something you like. Why are men treated with such contempt? I probably won't bother returning until it's changed back to how it was, it just creates a really frustrating customer experience. Well done bright spark!

Otherwise, it's not the biggest TK Maxx in the world but it's better than nothing. It can feel a bit cramped and there isn't a huge amount of choice. However, the staff are mostly professional and friendly.

Good store. Clean and always full. You can find everything.

Customer service is beyond description. You feel like home. The young team is enthusiastic and friendly. You will find top brands with reasonable price here.

I was refused the sale of some matches by a young girl behind the till - and I am 34 years old.
Being asked for ID for alcohol would be a compliment at this stage, but under 16 at 34 is obviously ridiculous

There are usually some good bargains around, with new things added every time you go in. It's not usually that busy either.

Great prices and a good selection; I got a couple of new outfits for a smart/casual business trip, but they sell so much more, from kitchen gear through furniture and all the way to books. The only downside is I always end up spending more than intended because there's so much cool stuff to browse through!

Nice store, got hust about everything you need, not as good as Tamworth store
