Worst customer service ever! Ordered 4 products online for pickup at this store and their system mistakenly started saying I had collected my items! Took me 2 weeks chasing customer services up where they kept cutting me off the phone line! Finally I got a call back from Lisa a manager at the central office team confirming yep sorry your items you ordered were never in stock and we are refunding your money in 5 days without any apology or understanding for the amount of inconvenience this caused me! Terrible way to deal with a customer! Would give no stars if I could!

The staff refused to accept my eBay Click & Collect order, claiming that the package was "too big" to accept. I finally got my item delivered elsewhere a week later. It's the first time I've had a problem with them but it would've helped if they'd answered their phone.

Had a parcel dellivered on 27.08.20 and i have been away but when i came back on 07.09.20 they could not find my parcel and they told me that probably has been sent back to the sender. Surprise,never got back to the sender,actually royal mail never picked it up,some of the stuff most probably stole it. It is 25th of september today,almost 1 month...the parce is nowhere. I called argos,have been there 4 times...staff is not able to help you(we can not do anything) it is 2020 and they are telling you they cant do anything...with tracking numbers and pictures
Such a waste of time...and money as my shoes are nowhere and nobody is going to refund them. I even feel as i lost time leaving this review.

I am shocked at some of the customers. Yesterday we had a customer...selfish...just stood there for so long arguing about a return..whilst the queue just swelled up...made it unsafe for customers and employees. Why do staff persist with selfish customers like these? She had no care. It clearly states....no returns until standalone Argos are open. Sainsbury Argos are for collection only. NOTHING MORE. No queries, no browsing, exchange nothing. Stop being selfish!! This lady at 7.30 just stood there arguing. I mean read the website and signs. STOP BEING SELFISH!!! STOP ENDANGERING PEOPLE. Just closed the Argos down, as clearly people are too selfish and harmful to others. No wonder there was a uproar when Argos in Sainsbury's were open. We would have customers like her around.

Amazing service from Renée. Went to purchase a gift and she helped me find an alternative product as the one I wanted was out of stock!

Took an unwanted gift item back for exchange and was told did not belong to them. I insisted that it was their catalogue number but lady sent me to sainsburys customer service who were just as useless. I ended up having to drive to main Argos branch to get real service and my exchange.

this argos branch veri bad they actually said i have to wait until tommorow at 9am to collect it :angryface: :angryface: this is outrageous, in the 21st century technology is developed and i still have to wait until 9am?! i thought weve developed so much that you wont have to wait until 9am tommorow and that ytou czan weasily go collect it the same day.
