The customer service is poor and not friendly at all. I walked into the store, asking nicely about whether I can return a product since I saw about the 30-day return policy. Turns out, you can only return the product when it is unopened and in its original packaging untouched. Like it's such a marketing bait and scam, what is the point of adding 30-day return policy if you can't even try the product. Please learn from IKEA and Amazon they have amazing and very flexible returns policy. However, my rating is because the delivery of the customer service at this Argos, the woman who answered me in regard to this were crude and cold, and I was very polite and cautious when asking. Didn't even say anything after I said thank you and kinda sneered at me. Ugh, such an uncomfortable experience.

Very bad customer service. I want to return my stuff. I was eligible to return my stuff. I saw she don’t want to take it back. I went with my grandfather and the thing was so heavy. Hannah TSM was so rude. She could have taken the right decision but she was being rude. I am totally disappointed with the service…

We attempted to return the heater because of its increased size after purchasing it last week. The TSM Ms. Hannah provided really poor customer service. I have to carry the 20 kg of the product back home because she was unable to make the appropriate decision. She came up with a really lame excuse, such as "the packing thermocol has broken, despite the fact that I have a 30-day return policy. I don't see why it makes sense to remove the product from its package without damaging the paper or thermocol container. She claims that I must keep the £245 product I don't even need because of this.

James helped me find what I was looking for and was so nice! They need to fix their automated feedback system because I tried to leave a review on there, but at least I can do it here. Great store.

I went to pick up an order with my 8 month old and I’ve realised that there is no access for baggies or for disable people. I had to pick up the baggie up the stairs. The management should do something about it as everyone including disabled people should be able to access the store

Amazing service yesterday evening from Hannah and her colleagues at Argos Chancery Lane. A last minute Birthday gift held and passed to me as the doors shut! Absolute legends. Thank you to Hannah, James and the team 😊
