I went in to buy a new laptop and phone. Not really knowing what to get I asked Nathan (staff member) and he helped me out so much. He really knows what he’s talking about and provided me with so much information as well as helping me look for something that wouldn’t drain my bank account. If you go in not really knowing what to get, Nathan is your guy! 👊🏽

Went it to collect an order which was texted to me as ready. When I went in there was 2 staff. The man was dealing with the only other customer whilst the woman was just looking at him. I went to the second till where she was at and she told me to wait. Once the other customer received the product from the other staff the woman decided to serve me.

Told her the collect code, told me its not on system. Told her they told me to come now, she kept repeating 'we will let you know when to collect'. Doesn't want to listen just kept repeating. Even if item wasn't there, it's better to explain in a polite way why rather than being rude like this. This woman put me off this particular branch forever.

WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCE IN 40+ YEARS living in London. The manager Foyjul refused to allow me to return an item even though it was within 30 days. I showed him the Citizen Advice AND .GOV website that stated within 30 days by consumer law you MUST offer a refund, he refused. He then called head office who told me has to refund me, I handed the phone back to him and they told him too. He still refused. WHAT? HEAD OFFICE are telling you to refund me, I have shown you citizen advice and the 2015 consumer law rights on the .gov site and you still refuse. No reason at all behind it, literally WASTED 45 minutes of my time and refused to listen to anyone INCLUDING THEIR OWN HEAD OFFICE. DISGUSTING AND RUDE STAFF, THANKS TO YOU, I WILL BE SHOPPING EXCLUSIVELY ON AMAZON.

Argos can't put on their website when Argos restocks? Do they EVER restock!? For long while I've been wanting to get a certain item, and it's ALWAYS out of stock... Been months now I keep checking.

There was a girl on the till one might say I'd "over-friendly" in psychological terms.I found her very nice and very engaging.However upon receiving my goods here an expensive smartphone and a wristwatch,I was robbed of all my shopping (astonishingly) no more than paces from their store exit.Obviously I'm very very upset,robbing a wounded 67 year old pensioner of his toys.Very very unpleasant indeed.Police are investigating.Total loss to me 200 pounds and a lot of unhappiness at how all this played out.(My feeling is it was an "inside job" and a was targeted by a bad apple on the inside,possibly relaying messages to contacts outside.

HorriHorrific experience. I was there for an hour trying to sort out my refund. The manager Foyju is an ignorant, lucking basic knowledge on how to proceed with a refund and his customer service skills are non-existing! If you can, go somewhere else. The experience at Argos Chiswick will be most likely one of the worst you can get. Very rude and unhelpful. I really hope someone from the Argos management is reading this.

Shocking customer service. Completely ignores consumers rights law when it comes to refund and returns. Never ever shop here.

Although my experience was short, I was extremely lucky to have found Nicole there.
She helped setting a delivery home up, she informed of all potential promotions I could have used if I wanted. But mostly importantly what I appreciated more it is that she smiled at me all the way through. I don’t give a smile for granted especially after/during these tough times, more people like Nicole are very much needed in customer service! Thank you Nicole 🌟
