TK Maxx

Lot of good brand in the store, but many times I couldn’t find the price on the clothes. Two levels in this TK MAX. They have a jewellery corner with wathces. They have sunglasses, home decor items. Cooking items. And other accessories. A little bit of everything.

great place to get just about everything although focus is mostly on ladies and men's wear. Still, the household goods are worth looking at especially when they become reduced in prices - the collection of plates, pots & pans, scented candles etc are just wonderful.

Absolutely great choice toys for kids, kitchen utensils and bathroom stuff. A lot of clothes for men and women. Great store! I popped in just to have a look and in the end bought a lot 😂 Definitely come back! 👍

8 out 8 times when you trying to find something in these unorganised messy stores the first is an uneducated shallow minded security staff who's gonna come to you asking about your "well being" instead of offering help for example or bringing coffee..
Okay I don't expect a coffe but asking me if I'm ok or how am I is hardly likely part of his job, definitely not his business and the question itself makes no sense however tells a lot.

Also having no separated return desk long frustrated queues are unavoidable needlessly overloading cashiers, slowing YOUR sales OUR time therefore basically slowing British economy.
It's showing a clearly bad system and poor management with undervalued staff and overvalued stuff.

Bad experience.. Again.

I visited the Kilburn branch today. Thankfully it wasn't too busy and I got to have a good rummage on both floors (using the lift; very useful). I can well imagine what it would be like at full pelt and would advise claustrophobics to STAY AWAY 😟 It is jam-packed with shelves and clothing racks overflowing with stock and the narrow aisles hem you in. I'm sure this is enticing and exciting for those who like to forage for bargains but it was overwhelming.

Gosh this TK Maxx gets SO busy! Recommend going first thing or last thing when it is slightly less crowded.
I find the customer super aggressive and very impolite, lots of pushing and shoving so I generally don't hang around if it's busy.
The staff however is excellent and super patient with the customers and keep their cheer up even when it's chaotic. Commendable!

TK MAXX is one departmental store everyone must visit. Each of their outlets has something different to offer. Be assured not to get all the same stuff in all their outlets. Guys, whenever n wherever you see TK MAXX, just enter n be sure to lay your eyes on something of your choice.

Good products and reasonably priced. However the shop was to hectic and overcrowded for my liking.
