Tried to exchange something as I don't have the receipt anymore. Top had all labels and in unused condition. Manager told me I can't even though the policy says otherwise: "Merchandise must be unused, have all tags attached and be in its original condition (including labels & packaging). Goods returned within 30 days of purchase but without proof of purchase will only be exchanged at the current sale price."

There were nice little things in this TK Maxx store. Fun to shop around there.

Initially had given it 4 stars. A few years later I’m giving it a 5. In comparison to other stores they always have a great and big selection. Aso the best home department

Famous outlet chain that never disappoints. Great for designer pieces, gourmet foods for presents, accessories (bags, earrings) and shoes.

When I was there, they had a great selection of christmas-themed designer earrings.

I made a few clips of what I would buy for my v-log.

Great budget shopping here! Good labels for good prices! No toilets in the shop though.

Always a good experience. For me it's a hit n' miss affair. Some days I buy loads others I leave empty handed, such is the nature of the place. Nevertheless good bargains when spotted.

I was delighted to discover late night shopping here.

In the past King Street closed at 8pm, now it functions until 10pm and you can browse in comfort and isolation after most of the other shoppers have gone home.

In search of a winter pully I had the four racks of men's knitwear entirely to myself for an hour! Bliss, and enough time to sort through all the options and discover the perfect garment for my current needs at a very reasonable £19.99 without being crowded or jostled at all.

I left very happy as they closed the tills behind me and went home for the night.
